Guest guest
In the last few days, I have started taking Doctor's Best brand of serrapeptase to see if it reduces the spider veins/varicose veins on my feet/ankles. I am hopeful bases on what I read. Does anyone have experience with this? The directions call for 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times per day. Each capsule is 40,000 units. Is 40,000 units comparable to 40 mg? A woman who is into alternative health care was talking to me I mentioned to her my favorite supplement Serrapeptase ----(google it) Then she said your eyes are so white you must flush-- and I thought well yes I have done the lemon/molasses/grade B syrup with pepper (cayanne) and the lemon/oil flushes---along with the kidney coke flushes (last flush two months ago) I usually need one every 6 months or so. But what may be working on the eyes could be the serrapeptase since I was taking about 5 a day at the time (because of traveling knee was swelling) -- I usually take only one or two a day-- For some reason taking more serrapeptase not only got rid of a bony growth on my hand (between palm and finger) but taking more seems to do more than taking less for longer time frame. Which is surprising since I have been taking it for a few years now. That boney growth was painful and I had it for years, coming back from a trip last June it just up and disappeared after taking around 4-5 serrpeptase (40mg. each) for two weeks. now home again from another trip the knee swelling is gone in a few days of taking serrapeptase. I will go ahead and use more of these products since they have so many benefits--- I am really a walking proof of that-- And I do agree with adding more olive oil to the diet it seems to really help the GB-- I use it in salads with balsamic vinegar--- Red meat seems to really aggravate the GB we eat less red meat and more organic as we go along this journey. Just watched that movie " Food Inc. " really worth the view---!!!!!! I am rambling along here but being this preventive proactive person has really been a huge plus in our health-- so far keeping me from many surgeries--hand, cysts and GB--delaying knees as well----
Guest guest
yes to the conversion question-- a few hints with serrapeptase--take either first thing morning or when you go to bed at night--empty stomach only.>> with food it acts as a digestive enzyme-- depending upon the condition you are trying to use it for I have found a vast varying time frame and dosing difference--- so it can take time or it can react fast--- what we have found fibromyalagia person----6 months to a year (2 a day or more depending upon time of disease state ) cysts----6 weeks on water based cysts Lipid reduction levels--3 to 6 months if you have ANA testing results (blood tests) http://www.medicinenet.com/antinuclear_antibody/article.htm or lipid level panel (CBC) you can see results also with c-reactive protein test--- http://www.medicinenet.com/c-reactive_protein_test_crp/article.htm in cholesterol levels the average reduction is an amazing 20-30 points on 4 people who have taken it Arithritis people feel pain reduction but comes back if they stop taking it as for veins----I have no data on this---but it can't hurt to try---as it is an anti-inflammatory we had one more lupus/fibro person early diagnose very high ANA test results---she went on a serrapeptase taking 2-4 a day for 4 months and found dramatic drop in re-test. She now takes one a day. And did not have to quit work---so that is our most dramatic result--- Problem with this supplement is you will not find doctors who use it here in the states and you have to get your own blood work and compare results but it's worth it---- Only two have had stomach reactions like nausea I think it has to do with release of toxins in some people as it cleans out the blood. take less if this happens to you---and NO blood thinners since it slightly thins the blood just like vitamin C or E---or ginko-but NO liver damage compared to other NSAIDS like everything else you have to have faith and blood work--helps > > In the last few days, I have started taking Doctor's Best brand of serrapeptase to see if it reduces the spider veins/varicose veins on my feet/ankles.
