Guest guest
I've done the cleanse about 4 times. The first time I followed Hulda 's steps I didn't pass any major stones. The 2-4 time I did s Moritz's version (which is just a little bit different) which worked incredibly well. I couldn't believe the stones I was passing- at first the big emerald green ones and then hundreds of smaller ones. I think I also passed the tan ones that Moritz talks about. I don't know if your kids are vegetarians, but one of the things that Moritz recommends is that you refrain from eating meat five days leading up to the cleanse. I didn't do this last time and I noticed I didn't pass as many stones..Of course that could also be because I have already passed many in previous cleanses. Anyway, if your kids are doing it during the Thanksgiving weekend and they eat meat that might make it a little less effective. I would definitely read s Moritz's book, " The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush " . Good luck, and let us know how it all goes! > > > I am just about to have my 2nd liver flush in a > day > > or two, but could > > not get pink grapefruit. Guest guest
. Would you mind telling us how the Moritz cleanse is different than Dr. s? I have been thinking about buying the book, but I didn't know if it would be worth it or not. Thanks, a Re: liver flush I've done the cleanse about 4 times. Guest guest
Hi Holly, I had no discomfort at all with my liver flush. I even enjoyed the taste of the pink grapefruit mixed with olive oil, as I was hungry by the time I was due to take it - make sure you shake it well and the olive oil " disappears " . I am going to do my second this evening/night. The diahorrea was not unpleasant nor uncomfortable from a pain point of view. The only caution I would give is that the diahorrea may not be controllable during the morning (have the children got a loo each as they may not move far from it for an hour or two), and I leaked a little during the night - so sleep on a folded towel & I should warn the children so that they are not alarmed if they make a little mess - it was not much during the night! I can remember a friend of mine was horrified when she was a child & messed herself in a hospital bed after having her appendix out and screamed the place down while not allowing anyone to come near to help her, so a little warning could perhaps help here. Subject: Re: liver flush Hi Folks: My kids are into there 4th week of the kidney cleanse and I am planning the Liver Cleanse for Thanksgiving weekend. Can anyone share with me if there is any pain or discomfort. I want to know what to expect for the kids. My friend had told me that the epsom salt makes the diaherria burn. Is that true? I am planning on cutting the dosage in 1/2 which is what I did with the kidney cleanse and they have been fine with it. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Holly
Guest guest
The liver/gallbladder flush formula we use, calls for Apple juice. It helps soften the stones, but my son has excellent results using no juice. ? > > I am just about to have my 2nd liver flush in a day or two, but could > not get pink grapefruit. Guest guest
Sorry it has taken me awhile to respond...The main difference is that he has you drink 1 liter of packaged apple juice a day (preferably organic) for six days prior to the cleanse. You can also use malic acid, a teaspoon a day in a glass of water, which is what I do. This softens the stones. Also during the week leading up to the cleanse avoid foods and beverages that are chilled, dairy, all foods from animal sources, and fried foods. He also advises to do a colonic (or enema a few days before the cleanse (on the 6th day is best) and soon after the cleanse. I've been doing a colonic the week before, an enema the night of the cleanse, and a colonic the day after. Everything else is pretty much the same as Dr. 's protocol. I would highly recommend buying his book...It is hard for me to include all the details of his cleanse - he wrote a whole book about it!!! Anyway, like I have mentioned before, I have had tremendous success using his method. I have rheumatoid arthritis and he claims he cured himself of juvenile RA primarily through diet and using this cleanse. I've done 4 of them so far and am going to do my 5th next week! --- a <plwp@...> wrote: > . > Would you mind telling us how the Moritz cleanse is > different than Dr. s? Guest guest
Hi Bee Thanks! You don't recommend the liver fluh in the morning or never? Coffee enemas done occasionally help detox the liver and the adrenals so they will not be congested with toxins. Groups that recommend liver flushes don't recommend 'good' saturated fats and oils contained in my diet which are very important for liver health, and they recommend the wrong fats and oils. > > I was thinking of grating some raw frozen liver in your raw egg drink, and let my 15 months son try it too. Guest guest
I don't do the apple juice thing at all and have had great success. Try skipping it if you want. It is mainly used to soften stones too large to pass. Unless you're having attacks from one of the large stones, I would just do the cleanse. The best thing I believe you can do to ensure success is to avoid ALL fats for as long as possible leading up to the actual cleanse. This builds up pressure in the liver and gallbladder and allows maximum expenditure of old bile, gallstones, and even toxins. Make sure you you are cleansing the colon both before and after the cleanse stopping all cleanse/parasite programs one day prior to liver cleanse. Also make sure you are parasite free before doing this as they will hinder your liver's ability to purge itself by. The alternative to the juice you are looking for is called " Gold Coin Grass " and is available on the internet and some health food stores. They come in capsules. Ken -- Liver Flush I am having a problem with drinking the liter of apple juice a day for the 6 days of the Liver Flush. I have a migraine every day that I take it. Guest guest
: No, liver flushing does not interfere with bowel flora because the important colony sites are not in the stool but on the bowel lining. Yes, CS will help with skin fungus, but it's hard to make it stay on and the skin cells resist penetration somewhat. I would suggest ozonated olive oil for that from Dr. Saul Pressman. Guest guest
Thanks so much, Duncan. I will look into acquiring some of the ozonated olive oil. What are signs that I should be looking for to know my bowel ecology is back in balance again? [since Nov. 15, I have been: on the low- carb diet in your protocol, eating 1-1.5tsp of inulin powder (NOW brand) with each meal (about 3xs a day), drinking a daily whey protein concentrate shake (64 gm whey protein) and taking 400mcg Se AND 1-1.5tsp inulin AND 1 GR8 NOW probiotic capsule with the shake.] Congratulations on the engagement. I was actually married on June 3rd thirteen years ago. What an exciting time it must be for you and your significant other. - > > > > Duncan, > > > > Would performing the basic liver flush (olive oil+lemon juice+epsom > > salt) presented on curezone.com interfere with re-establishing the > > bowel ecology via your protocol (whey protein+Se+inulin). > > > > Also, does collodial silver have antifungal properties, i.e., could > it > > be used topically to treat sebborheic dermatitis. > > > > Thanks, > > > > >

Guest guest
Hi and thank you for the congrats. The signs the program has worked would amount to less irritable bowel, less Crohn's or colitis, more stable bowel habit, that kind of thing. The research points to a fairly stable culture in 4 weeks or so, but I think it takes longer to re-assert on the bowel lining if a big problem esisted for a long time, especially if it has gone into the upper intestine. Guest guest
a, You can do a liver flush once every two weeks. No its not painful just pressure on the dose when you lie down at night for 20 minutes and that's it. Yeh you have diarrhea for a day maybe 1 1/2 days but its not like having diarrhea that's never going to quit. If you know what i mean. I didn't like having diarrhea for 6 months that almost killed me. Dont be scared....I know what you mean about not knowing what to expect. The diarrhea actually this time its a feel good kind I thought. I buy an enema bag at www.transformyourhealth.com for 10.80 or you can call toll free at 1-877-673-0227 cleanse corner. Guest guest
But DO NOT take Potassium chloride! , which one are you using? The Gerson therapy uses the combination of Potassium Acetate, Gluconate and Mono Phosphate in equal amounts. You can get it here: http://www.thekeycompany.com/cart_keycompany_list_detail.asp? Guest guest
a,I understand your hesitation to do these new detoxing therapies. It's always scary doing something that you've never done before and don't know what to expect. But first of all, let me say that I have found that none of these detoxing therapies have ever been painful. They may be difficult in the sense that they can make you feel icky... the magnesium citrate of the liver flush can make you nauseaous and in fact, my husband did throw up on his last one. But generally this icky feeling is all that you will have to deal with as your body throws off all the junk that needs to come out. The more you read about coffee enemas and liver flushes, the better you will feel about it. Check our links section or just do an internet search. Keep in mind that there are naysayers--organizations-- who will try to scare you away from doing these, using their big sounding credentials to sound authoritative, but the proof is there...they work. Here are some links to get you started: Coffee enemas: http://www.gersonhawaii.us/gersonarticle4.html http://www.coffee-enema.ca/coffee_enema.htm http://www.awakeninghealth.com/index.asp?id=47 LIver flush: http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp http://eregimens.com/regimens/Liver%20Flush.htm A milder version: http://www.naturdoctor.com/Chapters/Articles/liver_flush.html Patty >> Dear Friends,> > I'm trying to adjust to the the detox/liver flush way of thinking. > I'm finding that I'm kind of scared to do a liver flush.
