Yes, Super Phos (1-ounce) can be mixed in a gallon of distilled

water/purified water and used. However, the taste will not be great. Also,

one can mix half organic apple juice and half distilled water (make up one

gallon) plus the Super Phos or something like LivaPure (don't use both).

That will help to cut down on the sugar concern.

I heard that orthophosphoric acid may be used instead of apple juice. You

might wish to search that.

The taste is great when the phosphoric acid is in soda drinks. That

is why they throw it in the sodas -- to give the sodas a " tang " .

Never mind that it throws your whole body wildly acidic, and eats up

your bones and teeth.

I once had a friend who tried to give up Diet Coke for Lent. He

couldn't do it.

HI PH,

The two bottles should be enough, because you will only use 5 ounces

of magnesium citrate each dose. 5 ounces should work just fine.

In my first experience with a liver flush and replacing the mag

citrate with the epsom salts (mag sulfate) I used 8 ounces each time,

(hence more than 2 bottles) and whoa, I got cleaned out good! It was

definitely too much. It got to the point that even looking at a

bottle of mag citrate made me want to hurl. I had one clean shute, I

can tell you that.

So, you are fine...go ahead and do it, and split those bottles in

half, for a total of 4 doses between the 20 ounces and use it all up.

Good luck with your flush!

What I've been hearing from Dr. Pressman on the oxyplus forum is essentially to

suck it up and do the liver flush anyway as it's not hard on you physically.

Just doing liver flush at the moment...

Yesterday breakfast, I had a fruit salad.

For lunch, I had a vegetable soup with some miso and a wee bit of rice.

Did the liver flush last night, I mix the epsom salt with freshly pressed

grapefruits. It takes about 5 to get 3 cups of juice. The taste is nice enough.

It takes another couple of freshly pressed grapefruits to mix with the olive

oil.... That's it.

This lunch, I'm gonna have a nice salad and tonight I'm having a magret de

canard with some local new potatoes and onions :-)

I'm even going to work today. The last 3 times I've done the same. Just need to

go to the toilet a little more regularly...

To me it is really easy and really effective.

Sounds more painless.

I'm not sure there is just *one* protocol... I just used whatever

was in a book written by Hulda .

I'm sure there are all sorts of " liver flush " protocols out there

on the web, that may or may not include fasting beforehand,

drinking apple juice beforehand, etc.

Actually, maybe I misunderstood your question --

there is no protocol with JUST lemon juice. The

protocol is lemon juice PLUS olive oil. So this

wouldn't really be any more painless than the

grapefruit juice plus olive oil.

Realize that when you do a " liver flush " or gall stone flush, you are pumping

your gall bladder so it will expel stones out the bile duct and some liver

pathways. Stones and mostly particles, debris, dead matter, WILL be deposited

throughout the duct system and may be lodged if the stones aren't softened

enough by 4 or 5 days of apple juice or stone softener (Phos drops).

If you have yellow eyes the week after the flush, you probably blocked the tubes

and bilirubin is building up in your system.

Make sure you do some sort of bug killing (colloidal silver, ozonate the olive

oil for 30-45 minutes prior to ingestion, etc) with this flush as the stones

will break up/dissolve on the way out and may/will get lodged in the intestines

or colon.

Do lots of magnesium a day or two before the flush to get the colon entirely

empty and then again afterwards to get the colon flushed out. Getting a colonic

is even better to wash the debris out.

The whole reason for this rant is, after doing about 6 or 7 liver flushes, I've

learned they aren't so simple as touted.

Clean the system out before and afterwards. You'll need to do 2 or 3 to get all

the stones over a few months and then the stones will come back in a few years.

Annual flushes are best so you catch the stones as they are small.

There are many recipes online. Be smart.

Yes, they're not that simple... and potentially dangerous, if it puts a

stone somewhere it shouldn't be.

One could just bypass the whole " liver flush " thing and just take daily

doses of things that soften / dissolve stones. I can think of a few

supplements designed for that sort of thing -- " Stone Free " by

Planetary Formulas and " AF Betafood " by Standard Process.

Well, you're probably better off reading something in a book or on the

web, since it's been many years since I've even thought about

doing a liver flush!

But as I recall, you can drink lots of apple juice during the week

before the flush to soften the stones/get rid of sharp edges that

might do damage on the way out (if you can stand the sugar,

that is).

Then hours prior to the flush, you down some epsom salts in water.

Then, the actual flush itself is olive oil + lemon juice. Chug

it down, then lie down in a certain way to enhance the flush.

This is ideally done just before going to bed.

Then in the morning, you could do an enema to get the stuff out

of you ASAP.

I can recall feeling absolutely horrible overnight after doing

this, and I may have even vomited because of it.

These days, I just opt to do the supplements over a long period

of time...

Sorry for asking about the sups, w.o reading this email.

I am doing a 3 week parasite cleanse now. It's a bit nauseating. Not getting

much result.

I'll ask a practitioner about the supplements. I don't want to mess things up &

have them get stuck.

I don't have my gallbladder any longer, but understand there could be stones in

the liver.

Thank you very much for all your experience. All the possilbe complications

bother me.

I do not have my gallbladder any longer,

but realize stones can be lodged in the liver.

What do you think of fa lighter flush w the juice, diet & supplements?

I'll do some further reading online.

Realize that when you do a " liver flush " or gall stone flush, you are

pumping your gall bladder so it will expel stones out the bile duct and some

liver pathways. Stones and mostly particles, debris, dead matter, WILL be

deposited throughout the duct system and may be lodged if the stones aren't

softened enough by 4 or 5 days of apple juice or stone softener (Phos drops).

Be smart.

with love,
