Guest guest
I love onions and garlic very much, and eating them in excess gets me in trouble...hahaha. Indians eat onions supposedly daily for the health benefits. > Very interesting...apparently, there will be several strains of flu > over the next decade so this type of informaion is good to know. > > Thank you Jeff, > > > > > > Apparently onions are as good as those foot detox patches which I > spent lots of mula on. Guest guest
I second the motion. Snopes often times gets it's data from " respected " sources. Many times they are not getting the respect from me. Though it is a fantastic site much of the time. I had a client email a similar onion protocol several months ago and as she said, " I am going to put a few cut onions around and for a couple of bucks it cannot hurt. " I will get a hold of her and find out if they have turned black and report. As a side note on applying things to the feet for detox I not only know quite a few practitioners and consumers that swear by the foot baths but will iterate a story of an experience about 10 years ago. I was purchasing my Chinese herbs from a Chinese herbalist who when I walked in one day asked, " You have people high blood pressure? " . When I responded in the affirmative Trong (fifth generation Vietnamese/Chinese herbalist) pulled out 2 small paper bags of herbs, one for women and one for men. " Mix with egg yoke, put on bottom of foot, leave overnight. Blood pressure go down. " . So I called a client who had really high blood pressure to see if he was game. he was. Gordon was an X cop (now a minister, funny how that works) who had fallen 40 feet during a stakeout and shattered his lower left leg into 23 pieces. Osteomelytis so bad he had a permanent pic for antibiotics a couple of times a year. he applied it per directions and the next morning when he woke up his left leg was black and blue to the knee, no pain and his blood pressure was down 30 points. The discoloration disappeared in a couple of days. Yes, applying things to the bottom of the feet does work. Cannot vouch for onions yet, but kinda expect to. -D OT: Healing Powers of the ONION a post from finding1cure forum > gallstones <mailto:gallstones%40> > Date: Thursday, November 19, 2009, 1:14 PM > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > Apparently onions are as good as those foot detox patches which I spent lots of mula on. If I do end up comparing sliced onions to the detox abilities of the detox foot patches then I might try adding some bamboo vinegar to the onions as well as I know bamboo has amazing healing abilities (biogeometric) as well. > > Heal, > > Brad > > > > A MUST READ! > > > > A friend of mine told me a story about how when he was a kid he was in the hospital & near dying. She sliced the onion open then put a slice on the bottom of each of his feet & put the white cotton socks on him. In the morning when he awoke they removed the socks. The slices of onion were black & his fever was gone.. The following story that someone sent to me might have some truth in it & we are going to try this this winter. In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu. Many of the farmers and their family had contracted it and many died. > > > > The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy. When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did found the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy. > > Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser in AZ.. If this helps you and your loved ones from getting sick, all the better. If you do get the flu, it just might be a mild case. Whatever, what have you to lose? Just a few bucks on onions! > > Now there is a P. S. to this, for I sent it to a friend in Oregon who regularly contributes material to me on health issues.
