I pretty much did the typical flush and it has worked for us every time it's

been 5 years plus since my attack and I have not had one since the first flush--

You have to drink a lot of fruit juice namely raw apple (pectin)--and cranberry

seems to work as well. We added much more fruit and water in our diet as well as

lots of olive oil--

Meat is the enemy and butter/milk can hurt as well (now we can have them) With

meat we take strong digestive enzymes but really try and avoid it.

Stone free seems to work over the years I have used it whenever I feel the

slight pain coming back if things get worse I do another flush --we do at least

one a year. (http://www.planetaryherbals.com/products/GP1550/)

But you really have to do the correct flush---

the best is a few days or longer of fruit, veggies, juice and water--oatmeal as

little protein as possible so you prime the GB for the day of the flush---

Day of flush only fruit in morning no food after noon and epsom salts early

evening until you are totally cleaned out===

You must do the epsom salts we add either the raw apple or cranberry and hold

the nose to drink it down--

After you clean out the gut you drink extra vigin OLIVE oil and I use red

grapefruit equal parts half a cup each-- so I can get it down--around 9 at night

--right before bedtime

next morning another big glass of epsom (two tablespoons) and cranberry---

and hubby had huge stones that morning--

digestive enzymes help and adding more water, veggies and fruit to your diet and

Olive oil really helps---avacados as well---
