Guest guest
I believe the context of this group of foods is for those who are first having problems with their gallstones-- I eat everything now as well---(after many flushes) just have switched to olive oil and less fats (red meat) more veggies and fruits--mostly organic digestive enzymes and stone free It's been 6 years now without an attack--- and adding olive oil has been the best thing!!!!! The onion and garlic are belived to be good for the heart-- http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice & dbid=60#foodspicename > > FYI > > I eat an egg a day or every other day. > > I have lime, lemon, orange daily - the juice even more. > > I do noy have any problems. > > Also I do ACV regularly... > > Just saying, > > Jay >

Guest guest
Hi , sorry this took so long. Hard to say. If a stone got stuck and I was able to weather the storm, I think I would follow up with another attempted flush immediately. That would be magnesium in whatever form, and then the oil and citrus juice. So easy to type, so hard to do. Actually do not know of anyone who has gotten a stone " stuck " while flushing. there are plenty who have had an unsuccessful flush and very unfortunate symptoms, but I would consider it similar. If we have stones and syptoms, attempt a flush and are not able to expel the detritus, this would be expected. And of course I am a proponent if someone has the time and can stay comfortable enough, of performing all kinds of softening and dissolving measures first before ever attempting a flush. Will never forget the photos Dale sent me after his first flush: Now keep in mind also that I am in the 'saponified oil " camp when it comes to the soft, melt at room temperature, blobs... but what Dale sent me were gallstones; calcified gallstones. Identical to the path photos. Couple of dozen, largest was 25mm if I remember. Lucky for him, but others should not be discouraged if it does not happen the first time around. Back to the Epsom salts (magnesium), it is going to be damn near impossible to hurt one's self with them. Salts of any kind in quantity are nauseating. In fact " salt " water is a classic emetic for poisonings or the like. So if you were to take too much you most likely would puke it up. Try being 4 years old and having your parents take you out into the surf on Long Island and get hit by a big wave... Always, in all ways, -Dave Re: a list of foods--fyi Dave if a stone were to get lodged how much epsom salt would you recommend would be safe to take to dilate? On Feb 5, 2010, at 9:45 AM, Marilyn J. This was in no means meant to raise concern. I was attempting to point out that since the flushes, no matter which one, are meant to stimulate a contraction, there is always a risk, however I believe to be very, very, small, that you could get a stone " stuck " , or have an " attack " . > >

Guest guest
It's so nice to be able to eat some of your favorites again for me cheese was hard to give up while I was flushing --and adjusting to using olive oil. I have figured out the more olive oil I use the less pain I have-- I love my eggs as well--(on the weekends though) lol > > FYI > > I eat an egg a day or every other day. > > I have lime, lemon, orange daily - the juice even more. > > I do noy have any problems. > > Also I do ACV regularly... > > Just saying, > > Jay >

Guest guest
hello,i am working overseas and 3 yrs ago i had been told to have gallstones, had a lot of pain and was scheduled for an operation, got fired from my job after my employer learned of my situation...so did not have the operation at all for fear of being sent home.had no access to internet but a friend sent me in a copy of a flush recipe, followed it,drank lots of applejuice and water, not minding even if it was just 50%fruit,ate 5granny smith apples everyday as my new work permits me.did the flush, tried to find green blobs, but black or dark brown, wasn't even sure about it then....still had pains and hyperacidity.did again another flush after 2 months and lots of green blobs were out,the biggest was like 2 peanuts in a shell.had no epsom salt at all so i just did it without.today i still have pains under the rib and back, and hoping again to do another flush, and so on....and am trying to get access to s Moritz book, but to no avail.now i try as much as possible to avoid meats, but eat vegetables and apples, drinking lots of water.hope to read more advices and information about flushes....thanks and God bless! ________________________________ From: judy kemecsei <judyk8@...> gallstones Sent: Sun, April 25, 2010 2:22:10 AM Subject: Re: a list of foods--fyi I had a stone get stuck, I did another flush and the oil/grapefruit juiice pushed the stone out, Judy On Feb 11, 2010, at 11:14 PM, Dave Shelden wrote: > Hi , sorry this took so long.
