Margie that you have lost weight is significant- the other significant factor is

diet and regular exercise - cannot stress strongly enough the importance of

having a plant based diet and staying away from meat- especially red meat - diet

ad exercise is the all important thing - GB removal will affect your digestion

for the rest of your life - some will be affected more than others- my dad had

his out 35 years ago and had minor, although annoying digestive issues - he

eliminated red meat from his diet eating chicken, occasionally, and fish a

couple of times a week. He always maintained a plant based and ate a lot of

lentils beans etc. Doctors recommended I remove my GB 8 years ago as I had a

30mm stone- I did not , switched to a plant based diet, eliminated red meat and

chicken eat a lot of raw food, salads etc lost 30 pounds and have had, knock on

wood, no problems since. My humble opinion / conclusion is that unless your GB

is diseased, rarely happens, then if it acts up it is a signal that you are not

eating properly.

By the way they have refined the GB removal procedure - practically painless for

removal of an organ that most of the time can be saved by simple common sense

and listening to your body.

Good luck

Hi,

I am also hoping to keep my gall bladder.

I have a very large stone.

Did you do anything to soften up your stone and try to pass it,

or did you just switch to a plant based diet and everything's been good?

Do you eat fish occasionally?

I went to a plant based diet but fall off it occasionally - but totally gave up

red meat, pork chicken etc- fish occasionally

I have not yet done a flush in these 8 years and have been relatively pain free

except when I over indulge - eat too much - and it has been 8 years since I was

diagnosed with a very large stone

AF Beta food by standard process was a big help but have not taken any in a long

while- I continue to drink apple cider vinegar - exercise regularly and eat

sensibly which led to my losing 40 + pounds

it is interesting to realize just how little food one needs to live a healthy

life- however breaking old habits can be difficult - do recommend plant based

diet- raw is very good - legumes, nuts and fermented soy products (tempe) are my

main source of protein - would recommend staying away from processed soy

again your gallbladder acting up is an indication that you are stressing or have

stressed your system - unless of course it is diseased - which is rare

good luck

Kombucha tea is sure good, but don't know how healthy a lot of it would

be except I hear and read good things about it. A little pricey but

find it addictive. Must be the fermentation LOL.

Thanks for your response.

What is AF Beta food by standard process?

Also, how do you drink your apple cider vinegar, i.e. the ratio of vinegar

to water? And what kind of apple cider vinegar do you recommend?

....I'll be in the archives!

It is. One word of caution: know your trusted source. Depending on the evil

little buggers lurking in your fermenter and mother, there have actually been

deaths reported recently. Kombucha creates all sorts of wonderful biochemicals

that can also be life saving. -D

Stehp~If you make your own kombucha tea it will have less sugar and many more

nutrients.  Let me know if you need a scoby and I'll send you one if you want

to be CLEAR making your own kombucha is simple but only if one is careful to

maintain a sterile environment and follow the directions to the letter

Yeah i have read the book, it is about avoiding every thing that has a

mother and a head. No meat, No dairy, No oil, only vegetables...i dont eat

meat anymore however i miss my life when my gallbladder was intact....life

is difficult without gallbladder, dont listen to doctors saying you can live

without gallbkladder because you will go on a very high risk of getting

heart diseases after the removal.....

I was told that you can expel a stone the size of 2 inches if

Cholestrol, High Blood Pressure and Depression can be overtaken with taking

30,000 mg of Niacin a day.

This is the Natural way to fight Cholestrol.

They also mention this in www.foodmatters. tv

Great video to watch if you have not..

Hello Ms. Marilyn,

Thank you for the tip-my dr. told me to take 1000 mg/day of no flush niacin to

reduce my LDL cholestrol-it does work very nicely w/o the side effects of pharma

drugs on the market-I will get my blood work done to check-thank you I hope it

can work for you.

dr clark said our cholesterol should be 100 plus our age. doing the

series of liver cleanses automatically normalizes it.

she said that too low cholesterol contributes to cancer.

I think that Dr. Hulda said that way back 'when' it used to be that 100

plus our age was a good way to measure our cholesterol,  but not so much in

this day and age with all the junk food available.  It's more about LDL,

HDL,  and triglycerides now :)  Low cholesterol might mean that the liver

is functioning poorly as well.

New study released a couple of months ago shows that in terms of cancer, the

optimum level of LDL is 126. either side the graph looks like a V. Less than

your risk of cancer goes up, more than your risk goes up... -D
