Guest guest
If you have bigger stones then flushing them out is not a good idea because they might get stuck in the duct and you will be left with no other option but to go for an emergency surgery. If you have smaller stones, very tiny eeasy to expell then you may use Dr., Reckeweg R 7 form 15 drops in small amount of water 3 times a day. If you have a lot of pain then you may take this 5 times a day preferably before meals. Watch your food intake and do not eat fatty foods. Shrimps dont usually disturb your digestive system they are easy to handle. Take one table spoon of olive will with equal amount of lemon juice before going to bed and in the morning on emty stomach. However, if you have bigger stones then you may consider CHANCE PIEDRA as it helps breaking and dissolving the stone. Guest guest
Rose, if your GB is completely non-functional then doing the Liver Flush can do no harm, it will not do any good either. To improve your chances with the treatment I recommend two things:- 1. use Epsom Salts to clear the intestines thereby reducing back pressure on the GB and relaxing the duct work. 2. for two days prior to the flush abstain from all food and drink large volumes of drink apple juice, this will soften the stones and make it easier for them to move. Guest guest
Dear All, large stones should not be a problem if the Liver Flush instructions are followed properly. During my last Flush I passed numerous large stones; the biggest being 4 centimetres. Photos of the stones can be seen in the photos file of this group. Guest guest
> My question is, is it dangerous to try and get these stones out with olive oil given that the gallbladder isn't functioning as it is? > > Rose Hi Rose, Might it be possible that your gall bladder has not completely stopped working? Perhaps it would be best not to make the assumption that your gall bladder is totally non-functional. What specific protocol were you planning to use on Thursday? Does it include drinking 4 doses of dissolved epsom salt? My feeling is that there's no danger in doing a flush, as long as you follow the correct protocol. ly, it sounds to me as if the BEST thing you could do for yourself right now would be a series of flushes. If your gall bladder isn't working at an optimal level, this means that your liver isn't working at peak efficiency either, most likely because it's overburdened and has consequently become congested. And since the liver is vital to filtering the body of toxins and metabolic wastes, as well as helping to properly digest and assimilate the nourishment in the food you eat, doing a series of liver flushes is one of the best, most natural and least invasive ways of helping to decongest and restore proper functioning of both the gall bladder AND the liver. Besides following the right protocol, are several other things you can do that can help make your flush be even more effective and beneficial. As suggested, drinking lots of apple juice in the days leading up to your flush can be very helpful. You can also eat plenty whole raw apples in addition to or instead of drinking apple juice. Green Granny s are the best choice, but any apples will do. The malic acid in the apples and/or juice helps to soften stones which will ease their passage. It's also a really good idea to do your best to empty your digestive tract as much as possible prior to doing a flush. This can be done several ways: you can do a water, juice or fruit fast for a day or two (or longer) before the flush; you can take magnesium oxide, dissolved epsom salts or herbs like senna or cascada sagrada before your flush to enhance motility; you can get a professional colonic or give yourself an enema the day of the flush, or you can do any or all of these things in combination. The emptier your alimentary canal is when you begin your flush, the less obstruction the stones will have to encounter when they're released from the gall bladder into the duodenum, and the more quickly and easily they'll pass through and out of your system. Another way to enhance the effects of the flush is to do a castor oil pack over your liver during the evening of the flush before you take the olive oil/juice potion. The warm castor oil on the skin stimulates both blood and lymph circulation. Since blood both nourishes cells and removes toxins, and since the lymph system transports wastes from the cells for removal from the body, increasing circulation of these fluids on and around the liver is very therapeutic, and will enhance the beneficial effects of the liver flush. If you're not familiar with castor oil packs, you can get what you need to do them at most health food stores. Here are a couple of links with information on how to do them and why they're so beneficial: http://www.shanti.com.au/cleanses/castor_oil_pack.htm#Other http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/castor_oil.html Another way to help make your flush even more effective is to do a coffee enema. Taking a coffee enema stimulates the liver and gall bladder to detoxify and release even more bile. You can do this either before or a day or two after your flush. Here's more info on this: http://www.gallbladderattack.com/coffeeenema.shtml http://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com/Coffee-Enemas-s/538.htm In addition to these suggestions, herbs such as milk thistle, dandelion and chanca piedra are all excellent for helping to improve the health of the liver and gall bladder, as are raw beets. Please tell us exactly what protocol you're planning to use, and maybe we can help you streamline your flush to help you optimize its effects. elan
