I think that there are two different subjects getting confused as if they are the same 1) Is the benefit of a flush greater in the spring than in the summer? (answer seems to be yes) 2) Is there a great benefit to flushing at any time of the year including now, even if the benefit is somewhat less now than in the spring? (I say the answer is yes, there is a great benefit to flushing now) There is a great benefit to flushing now while you have the chance, and flush again and again as you get time and have at least two weeks or more in between flushes. This will benefit you tremendously, and then by the spring when you flush those flushes will be even more beneficial because of the progress you've already made. I've done 9 flushes at all times of the year, and the number one challenge to completing a flush for me is to find the time to do one (I have to have at least one day after the flush when I can stay at home and not need to do anything energetic). Hope you don't mind my 2 cents. Vince > > Hi everyone. happy Holiday's. > > I have actually thought of and have begun planning a gallbladder flush for next week. I live in NY and it is cold at this time of year. I spoke with someone today who said that This is not a good time of year to do a cleanse/flush. Does anyone have any insight into this?
