Guest guest
Hey guys, This link was posted on Lyme and Rife. It has a couple of great questionaires in there to determine if one is suffering from Low HCL production in the stomach. I think the damage from H Pylori can lead to low HCL production and eventually malabsorption of various nutrients. Even more devastating is the fact that with reduced HCL exiting the stomach the signal to dump the bile from the gb may not occur. The article also talks about drinking fluids with meals and how this can be beneficial. I think its ok to drink small quantities of liquid with food however one shouldn't drink COLD fluids as this would hamper the digestive process. Hot stuff like a herbal tea would be most beneficial to stimulate digestive juices. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!
