Guest guest
I am glad you are getting tests. Have you had a ct before? When I had one I was having stabbing pains in rt rib. The ct showed only " sludge " not stones. I researched it and started taking milk thistle with turmeric. I got the Doctor's Best brand from vitacost. I have never had any more problems. I do not take it continuously but I do still take it from time to time. I will use about three or four bottles a year. It was suggested to me that I may have a gall bladder infection in which case I would need to remove the gall bladder. I will go for an ultrasound and blood work to find out, but what does this mean? I am tired every single day and I am not functioning well. my body aches and I just don't feel well. I can't concentarte... Rose
Guest guest
Rose, the one thing that you may want to investigate is food allergies. I was amazed to find out: 1) how it is so undiagnosed 2) how many different symptoms and problems food allergies create 3) how it can affect your gallbladder, autoimmune problems such as rhumatoid arthritis, headaches, energy levels, your immune system, and MANY, MANY other problems. A sluggish liver can cause allergies. I personally know if two people who have overcome allergies (one from food and the other seasonal) when they did the liver/GB cleanses. Knowing that identifying your food allergies can really improve your health - that is the good news. The bad news is that determining your food allergies can be a bit tricky. Some options for that: 1) a traditional allergist (MD) - I don't recommend 2) blood testing through a lab - kind of expensive ($250) 3) elimination diet - can do yourself or foodintol.com offers a service to help you Identifying my food allergies and changing my diet has helped me immensely. My hope is that after I do some liver/GB cleanses that I may be able to re-introduce some of these foods again. It will be a trial-and-error thing. Good luck to you... > > Hi everyone. > > It was suggested to me that I may have a gall bladder infection in which case I would need to remove the gall bladder. Guest guest
Wild Rose Intestinal Detox. I'm trying it now. I got it for only $ 30 at my local health food store. I think its a good cleanse, especially if you get the cook book which shows you what to eat while on the cleanse. If you follow that diet I bet your energy would increase and your overall health would improve. Doing only gallbladder flushes without intestinal cleansing is like changing your motor oil but leaving the filter. Why try to clean your liver when the blood coming from your intestines to the liver is polluted and toxic from a dirty colon. Makes sense? I went to the bathroom more in the last week on this cleanse than I did in the last month. Almost every symptom improved since this is Phase 1 detoxification. This should be done before any organ detox protocol. Energy improved, sleep improved a small amount so far, concentration, memory is a bit better as well. But the BIG thing is my lower back. Its been tight for 25 years! After 3 days on this cleanse I could feel it finally start to relax. The transverse abdominus is the 3rd deepest layer of abdominal muscle which aids in perastalsis (coordinated muscle contractions which move food through the body). It wraps around the body like a band, from the front of the body to the back where it inserts into both sides of the lumbar spine. If the colon is toxic I believe these toxins can cause inflammation of any body tissue (since the entire blood system is fed by the intestines) but especially they can inflame the localized muscle tissue as well. Inflammation of the transverse abdominus will usually mean muscle contraction and hense my lower back tightness. Basically in your case Rose it may be a simple solution to your gb infection problem. If you detoxify your body infection has a harder time to cause problems (because of reduced inflammation). Also I would try Cat's Claw (don't bother taking samento its not worth it) which can help your immune system to kill infections. It also helps reduce inflammation. In Health, Brad ps. Mucoid Plaque. Figuring out whether or not mucoid plaque exists or not is a moot point considering these cleanses definitely increase the size of stool. I've had some bm's where I thought it was going to clog the toilet. Thats how much Sh*t came out of me! So I personally don't care whether or not its getting out mucoid plaque because I know it's getting out toxins from my colon based upon how I feel. And at this point it's just common sense that if you go to the bathroom and have more productive bowl movements, then your body will begin to detoxify itself from the Source. Most chronic illnesses are traceable back to intestinal toxemia which has it's own list of symptoms. Check it out, google it or do nothing, but I can assure you this is a major part (if not cause) of most disease. Interestingly enough I've already validated that this is true as I have had most of the symptoms of intestinal toxemia and all of those same symptoms have Improved while on this cleanse. This is no mere coincidence. I'm also going to try my own home cleanse using Ground up flax seeds, fenugreek (ground seed), aloe vera juice, slippery elm bark. I'll let you guys know how that cleanse goes. > > Hi everyone. > > It was suggested to me that I may have a gall bladder infection in which case I would need to remove the gall bladder. Guest guest
It sounds like you are assuming that your poor health is due to the infection, but more than likely it is due to poor liver function. De-stress, detox, drink lots of water, exercise, and eat healthy. You can take liver herbs, drink detox tea, just find something that works for you and do it consistently. I would also start drinking apple cider vinegar in your water daily. All the little things make a difference. Good luck! Guest guest
why would you need to remove the gallbladder if you have an infection? Internal infections happen all the time. I can't concentarte... > > Rose > > If I've learned anything about the most common causes of chronic illness it's that there are 3 primary reasons most people become unwell: 1) Malnutrition. Yes, believe it or not, even those of us who live in the civilized first world are often surprisingly malnourished. 2) Toxemia. There are literally thousands of toxic chemicals that have been unleashed into the environment during the past century which have found their way into our bodies via the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat - not to mention through our skin from the water we bathe in and all the toxic products many of us use on a regular basis. 3) Stress. Many of us spend virtually our entire lives in a chronic, perpetual state of 'fight or flight,' which over the course of time can not only burn us out, but also gradually erodes the effectiveness of our immune systems. In addition to these top 3, lack of proper rest, sleep, exercise, fresh air and sunshine, along with impure drinking water and dehydration, not to mention emotional distress, are some of the other most common factors that can impact our health detrimentally. Because lack of proper nourishment and internal toxicity seem to be the number 1 and 2 reasons many people become vulnerable to chronic illness, often the top 2 best natural approaches to health and healing are to *feed and clean*. This means finding out what it means to truly nourish our bodies with the most nutrient dense whole foods and high quality supplements, and taking proactive steps to cleanse and detoxify ourselves from the inside out. Doing a liver flush is a great start, Rose. Please let us know how it goes. You might also consider looking into cleansing your colon, as Brad suggested. Personally, I prefer using things like activated charcoal, bentonite clay, fruit pectins and Homozon for colon cleansing rather than a mixture of a bunch of different herbs, but it would probably be best for you to do some research first, and then you can decide what feels right for you. While I don't necessarily recommend the products or services being sold at the links below, they contain some good information about the benefits of detoxification that might be helpful for you to read: http://www.detox-cleanse.com/detox-cleanse-webcleanse-why-cleanse.htm http://www.detox-cleanse.com/detox-cleanse-fasting-articles-news.htm There's also an excellent book on natural approaches to wellness that I highly recommend entitled " The Owner's Manual for the Human Body.
