Subject: PREOP FOR GALLBLADDER REMOVAL

gallstones

Date: Wednesday, January 20, 2010, 7:36 AM

I went to have my preop today for my gallbladder removal.  I probably

won't have the operation now, they said it was very high risk for me, I use a

ventilator at night, as the operation would be under general anaesthetic, it

could affect my heart, lungs etc and cause other problems.  I also have

curviture of the spine.  I am quite upset about it at the moment.

Is there any other type of treatment or can the gallbladder be removed under

local anaesthetic?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks

Liz

Liz,

You dont want to remove the GB because it will not correct your problem.

It will only be the start of bigger problems. Once the GB is gone the

stones will have to store in the liver and pancreas. You do not stop

making them just because the GB is gone!! You have to stop what is

making them in the first place and that is a high fat diet and greasy

foods.

There are several good flushes that will remove the stones.

Make and drink lots of fresh apple juice.

I heard that the malic acid in the apple juice

can soften the stones and may cause them to come out.
