Guest guest
Evie, you are mostly correct. I don't put much faith in medical Drs. either. But I have had alternative liver checks as well and it was OK there too. I eat right all the time. I have celiacs so I NEVER touch wheat and now it seems I can't do beans either. I don't eat meat, diary, sugar, I don't smoke or don't drink and never did. No flaws in my diet at all, yet I stay horribly sick. Maybe I am eating too much food, I did put on 20 lbs. which is NOT Good. All my blood work showed no deficencies for a change too. It would be GOOD for me to do the tea diet, I may try that soon. Also going to do a colon cleanse soon as my parasite cleanse gets here in the mail. Also going to ease up to a liver flush after that. Have already done the parasite zapping with my zapper, but that has not helped either. Steph
Guest guest
At least for some people (like myself) they are allergic to dairy so that is always out. Since chronic intestinal fungus puts you at higher risk for cancer, meat is out. It is proven to be cancer causing. Meat is also very hard to digest and it is an acid forming food. There are MANY other foods and probiotics to choose from that are better with less risk. Steph
Guest guest
adrenal issues occur when you have caffeine, as well as being nervous or anxious. typical Chinese medicine would help here. Also would exercise and diet. Jay From: fjnie1234 <Fred.Niehaus@...> Subject: Re: liver congestion gallstones Date: Wednesday, June 3, 2009, 1:24 PM Evie, can you elaborate on the connection between adrenal glands and dairy? I don't consume dairy due to my dairy allergy issues. I also have some adrenal fatigue which I have attributed to stress. But perhaps, there is a connection between the diary-free diet and the adrenal fatigue? Your thoughts are appreciated. > > > > > > Evie, you are mostly correct. Guest guest
Evie, I still won't eat meat anymore. I used to buy those nice hormone free grass bed T-bones and eat one a week. Then I got tric. parasites from them even though I cooked them until they were stiff LOL. Chicken is really contaminated. Maybe lamb, but I have never tried it. Don't really like the idea of eating lambs, like eating a dog LOL. OK well~~~~ Steph

Guest guest
when you eat meat from the grill it is easy. Keep the quantity low, and the recipe similar to Mediterranean / Californian, olive oil, garlic, a lot of veggies from the grill, eat light... Guest guest
Good for you we would all be better off if we stopped eating meat- do you know that raising cattle contributes more to global warming then automobiles and that the feed and water to raise one cow would feed a family of 10 for one year. Now that may be an exaggeration but a family of 6 for sure chck this out for more info if u find this incredulous Meat and Global Warming By MARK BITTMAN A report from Science News(via Food Times) argues that beef produces 19 kilograms of CO2 for every kilogram served; that grass-fed beef is worse — yes, worse — for global warming than feed-lot beef; and that for every percentage reduction we make in meat consumption we’ll see a corresponding reduction in its contribution to global warming. Good luck FB On Jun 4, 2009, at 7:01 AM, ectopistes@... wrote: > > > > Evie, I still won't eat meat anymore. I used to buy those nice hormone > free grass bed T-bones and eat one a week. Guest guest
Well said! Colleen K. Re: liver congestion > > > At least for some people (like myself) they are allergic to dairy so > that is always out. Have you ever tried any raw, unhomogenized dairy products from non-factory farmed, grass fed animals? How about fermented foods made from grass fed raw milk like kefir? >Since chronic intestinal fungus puts you at higher > risk for cancer, meat is out. It is proven to be cancer causing. Have you ever looked into the work of Dr. Weston A. Price, Sally Fallon or Enig? http://www.westonaprice.org/splash_2.htm It's important to bear in mind that meat products that come from factory farmed animals that are unnaturally and cruelly confined, fed genetically modified, pesticide and herbicide laced soy, corn, cottonseed and other inappropriate foods, and repeatedly dosed with antibiotics and synthetic hormones, are ENTIRELY different qualitatively than those that come from animals that are raised humanely, allowed to move about freely and graze on chemical-free pastures of green grass, and never given any drugs or hormones. People have been eating meat and unpasteurized dairy products from naturally raised animals for eons. But it's only in the past 100 years or so, since the beginning of the industrialization and chemicalization of our food supply, that the incidence of cancer has grown to become the epidemic it is today. So although you say meat has been proven to cause cancer, I think it's really important to put such a statement into perspective, and perhaps not throw the baby out with the bathwater. >Meat > is also very hard to digest and it is an acid forming food. I'm not so certain about what evidence there is to support the idea that meat is hard to digest, although this is a common perception among those who have chosen not to eat it. And as for certain foods being acid forming, this may be so, and yet there are plenty of other foods that can be eaten which are alkalizing to help balance things out. In the end good health really begins with being well nourished, as high quality nutrition is the foundation upon which the body is able to maintain balance and homeostasis within. And it's only when that inner equilibrium is knocked out of kilter that the body's innate ability to heal and regenerate itself becomes compromised, leaving us vulnerable to the onset of chronic degenerative disease.
