Neet story Steph,

I've been using charcoal for a while now (the non bamboo variety though). It

really helps me to sleep at night if I take it before bed. Though I don't do

this every night as some of my sleeping probs are from a lack of b vitamins as

Dan on this forum pointed out :)

So some nights ill just take some magnesium, b vitamins and my probiotics.

Activated charcoal is really good for me to take 1 hour after a sauna/coffee

enema/gb flush as well.
