Modicare Foundation is an independent Non-Government Organization working in the

field of HIV / AIDS awareness, prevention care and support in India. The

Foundation is starting a project with the TRUCKERS in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Please note that all the positions are contractual for the period of one year

only. For its Field Office in Gurgaon, Haryana the Foundation invites

applications for the following posts.

1. Full Time Coordinator 1 position (male only)

The person should have master’s degree in social sciences (sociology,

psychology, social work, health management etc) and must have three years of

working experience in HIV / AIDS projects preferably with the truckers.

Remuneration: Rs. 10,000 p m. consolidated

2. Part Time Doctors 2 positions

Skin specialists with experience in STIs/STDs treatment. Ideal candidate must

have at least one year of working experience in similar capacity.

Remuneration: Rs 6,000 p. m. consolidated

3. Senior Social Workers / Counselors 2 positions (1 male for truckers

intervention and 1 female for sex workers)

The person should have master’s degree in social work and have one to two years

of working experience in HIV / AIDS projects preferably with the truckers.

Remuneration: Rs. 8,000 p. m. consolidated

4. Staff Nurse / Clinical Attendant ?1 position (male only)

The person should have diploma in nursing from a recognized institution and have

working experience of at least one year in STIs clinic.

Remuneration: Rs. 3,700 p. m. consolidated

5. Outreach Workers ?5 positions (4 male and 1 female)

The person should have passed 12th or should be a graduate with working

experience of one to two years in HIV / AIDS projects preferably with the

truckers.

Remuneration: Rs. 4000 p. m. consolidated

6. Office Support Staff ?1 position

The person should be 8th passed and should have some work experience in office.

Remuneration: Rs. 3,700 p. m. consolidated

7. Accountant / Admin ?1 position

The person should be a Commerce Graduate and have accounting experience of at

least one year.

Remuneration: Rs. 4000 p. m. consolidated
