Guest guest
Not everyone reacts the same to the flush and the only way of knowing how it will effect u is to try one. However preparation leading up to the flush is extremely important - Since u have been following the group have u invested in AF Beta Tablets by Standard Process? Chanca Piedra? Milk thistle? Are you eating foods that will help- cooked and raw beets, avocado, dandelion greens & tincture- make sure dandelion is organic - all should be organic but especially dandelion- have u included apple juice into ur routine? Again the diet and the lead up to the flush is most crucial. Look up Hulda s flush procedure's and pay particular attention to diet recommendations - enemas really help- again not everyone gets sick or nauseous - to enhance your success recommend you properly prepare your system and remember the epsom salts and you may find that the salts are the only unpleasurable experience (they taste bitter) in the entire process. Good luck FB On Feb 4, 2009, at 10:51 PM, Pam wrote: > First of all, I've been a lurker here for some time. I'm kind of > interested in doing a gallbladder flush, but am hesitant to get > started. Guest guest
To be honest with you there is nothing so-called ORGANIC left in the world.....some products are more polluted and some or less....acidic rains and winds do affect the so-called organic products as well even though they are not directly aprayed......however, you can say that use the less affected products than the more affected products On Thu, Feb 5, 2009 at 11:50 AM, Battaglia <fbattaglia@...> wrote: > Not everyone reacts the same to the flush and the only way of knowing > how it will effect u is to try one. Guest guest
I wouldn't focus so much on doing a flush as I would a diet change. You are going to have to do it after the flush anyway, might as well do it now. Others have already given you good advice, and you can also check out www.gallbladderattack.com for gall bladder good foods. There is also a remedy if you are in pain now, which I have tried and it works. Do a flush down the road if you need it still, but there are so many things you can do now! Good luck! Guest guest
First of all, I want to thank everyone who responded. I went to a county clinic... the doctor I saw did diagnose gallstones; however, also pyelonephritis (kidney infection, passing pink urine). So I am on an antibiotic (Cipro) for 10 days, plus a pain killer to keep me comfortable enough to work (lost two days of work!). I will buy some malic acid this next week when I have some more $$ available. I do have several kinds of vinegar here too, including apple cider vinegar. I did eat a lot of junk food for years. I recently went back on low- carbing it (diabetic, after all, and I got there by eating too many carbs). This means I did up my fat intake, but what I consider to be good fat intake... good animal fats (including butter), good olive oil, etc. I think what I've done is add the fats on top of still having a gallbladder full of stones. I've been advised to cut back the fat for a while. I have a gallbladder ultrasound on Monday. Assuming they will recommend immediate surgery (for a first attack?), I will put it off. I don't really want to undergo surgery. Maybe I won't be able to tolerate as much fat as I had originally thought. Normally low-carb means that you increase your intake of your good animal fats. I will investigate and read further. I want to do a gallbladder flush (well, eventually more than one). My diet has been mostly meats and vegetables. In the past, I did indulge in junk foods rather heavily (including carbs such as Twinkies). Pam Maltzman > > > > First of all, I've been a lurker here for some time.
