I own the book as well. It is a very good book. My dentist actually

recommended the book to me as he follows Moritz's protocol. It is very similar

to Hulda 's protocol from what I understand.

You can find the book on Amazon.com. As far as contacting him, I understand the

hourly rate is very high as he is very much in demand. He use to have a forum

on Curezone.com, but he is making to much money doing other things than to

contribute to a free forum. I can't remember if the forum is gone or maybe

somebody else is posting on his behalf.
