Guest guest
Margie, I can get the olive oil grapefruit mixture down, but can't keep the epsom salts down. I've switched to the magnesium citrate, tried different flavors, didn't work either. Don't know why, but you are not alone there. Maybe some one will have a suggestion for both of us. . > > Hi everyone! I have alresdy done 7 flushes, but my 5th and 7th attempts were unsuccessful. My stomach cant take that much amount lately. My husband said that it could be that my intestines has gotten smaller since I am used to eating small amounts of food. Next week, is my scheduled 8th GB flush. But I am getting worried that I am going to throw up and have to repeat it. I do olive oil-lemon and olive oil-grapefruit type of flushes. > 5th flush, vomited all the mixture. Did the flush again after 1 week, successful. 6th flush, no problem at all. 7th flush, vomited all the the mixture again. Did the flush after 1 week, I only induced 1/2 of the mixture because I am about to throw up, decided to stop and lie down immediately. My goal is to have at least 12 flushes before I visit the doctor for ultasound. I am taking Rowachol and Milk Thistle for 3 months now. Why do you think I am throwing up the mxture? What other preparations I need to do to make a successful flush? First 4 flushes I eat until 2 pm. Last 4 flushes I do apple juice fasting unti 2 pm during the flush day. > I need suggestions please. > > Margie >

Guest guest
> > I need suggestions please. > > Margie > Hi Margie, Do you ever give yourself an enema during the afternoon the day of the flush? This can really help to clear the way internally before a flush, and might help with the nausea too. Another suggestion is to make sure your bowels are moving regularly during the days leading up to the flush. If you're not having at least 1 (preferably 2 or even 3) BMs a day, you might want to consider taking some magnesium oxide/citrate, or some sort of herbal support if you prefer, to increase digestive motility prior to your flush. Ginger and peppermint are two of the best, most effective herbs for relieving nausea. You can make some tea out of fresh ginger and sip on it after taking the olive oil mixure, or you can get some candied ginger and eat a bit of that instead if you feel any queasiness coming on. Alternatively you can take some peppermint tea if that appeals to you more. Activated charcoal is another really effective natural remedy that can be used to help ease feelings of nausea. You can either take charcoal tablets or get powdered charcoal, stir some into a glass of water and drink it as a slurry. However I've found taking slurries to be more effective than swallowing tablets myself. Taking charcoal during a liver flush can be beneficial in another way too, in that it will bind with and adsorb any stones or sludge released from the gall bladder into the intestines, and help to carry the debris from the body while at the same time preventing it from being reabsorbed in the digestive tract. Just bear in mind that activated charcoal taken internally will turn your stools black, and will probably make it hard to see what you're passing in any detail. Good luck, hope this helps, and please let us know how it goes. Elan
Guest guest
You might have unbalanced your electrolytes. Too many flushes so close together will cause an imblance in electrolytes. Research this. I have thrown up the mix before too and it is terrible. But from what I have learned the best time to do a flush is on the New Moon. Seems to help move more stones. Check out the calendar for the date. > > Hi everyone! I have alresdy done 7 flushes, but my 5th and 7th attempts were unsuccessful. My stomach cant take that much amount lately. Guest guest
>Thanks to all who responded to my post. I am already halfway of my GB flush today. For now, I have set my mind that I would finish the whole mixture. Maybe Jay is right, it could be psychological. Since I have a couple of successful flushes before, I would be able to do it again. On my next flush, I would try it schedule it on a New Moon, see if it expels more stones. Also, I have never did any enema or drank any tea in preparation of my GB Flush. Maybe I should try them also. Need to research on that. Thanks again guys! Margie > Hi everyone! I have alresdy done 7 flushg, but my 5th and 7th attempts were unsuccessful. My stomach cant take that much amount lately.
