Guest guest
Sometimes I get fed up with asking about others, my mum who has now passed away used to say I got too involved as does my partner, I have scoliosis and respiratory failure myself and am always asking about others rather than look after myself, I have just recovered from a chest infection. I use a ventilator at night. I don't like moaning but people think my disability is very minor including my friend! I'm sure that if she has anything major her family will tell me!! If they do I will be the first to give sympathy, I don't want sympathy but haven't even eaten tonight with all the upset! It seems that everytime I am ill or me or my partner needs support I always seem to find someone worse off, I think you can do too much sometimes, my mum used to say I thought of others too much too! She and my father used to do a lot of voluntary work but she was told off herself for doing too much fora friend as it used to make her ill and stressed.
