Guest guest
I'm sorry this is happening to you while you are away. I'm not sure what to suggest. Hopefull others on this board will write to you. I don't know if you are on a beach holiday or a touring busy type holiday. If you are on a beach holiday then I would just relax and try to find some apple juice or apples and apple cider vinegar or lemon if no vinegar and just drink lots of liquids or fresh water with lemon...don't eat anything you shouldn't and hopefully you will make it back without another attack. I often think that if I travel I will carry a bottle of apple cider vinegar in my suitcase...that would make a good topic. what would eb absolute best things to carry on vacation given our " gall " otherwise:) In Greece I imagine fesh lemons, fresh olives, olive oil, parsley and garlic. I was born in Calabria, Italy right across from Greece so I can just imagine... Guest guest
you should be drinking apple cider vinegar during your daily routine...and especially when you feel this feeling coming on...apple cider vinegar does wonders - try it.
