Guest guest
Virgin coconut oil is a wonderful thing, I'm using it currently for all of it's health benefits. but you don't want to use the RBD (refined, bleached and deodorized) oils commonly sold at the grocers. Virgin coconut oil retains all of it's natural health benefits, coconut milk contains between 17-22% Virgin coconut oil. Apart from Coconut oil, the only other source of lauric acid found in such high concentrations is in mothers milk. To read more on the health benefits of coconut oil do a search on it or go to these sites. http://www.coconut-connections.com/ http://products.mercola.com/coconut-oil/ hth, fjnie1234 wrote: > I use coconut oil for cooking. As for the content, does coconut milk have any additional benefits over coconut oil? Thanks. > > > > >
