Guest guest
Hey all, I hope you're well... May I introduce myself as a newbie/immature flusher looking for some mature/sensible advice from flushing veterans (please!)... I'm on approximately my 20th flush and I've refined my protocols somewhat by now, although the efficacy of my approach is less than predictable. I don't like to prepare with ACV water or phosphoric acid because my tooth enamel is already quite compromised from ignorant use of these organic acids in the past. I avoid apple juice because the sugar content is too high/concentrated, invoking the insulin response to counter excessive blood glucose(!). I think that I established that high insulin coupled with poor liver function often results in these so-called " skin tags " , which is common in insulin resistance disease. I've been experimenting with malic acid caps, along with gentian+bupleurum tincture(mornings), turmeric+bupleurum tincture(before bed), phosphoric acid(only in the flush potion) and gold coin grass (a couple of times - i've just started making my own tincture). I regularly use lecithin (few teaspoons per day) and sometimes take L-taurine/L-glycine supplements (they're known bile conjugators). I've tried different pre-fasting and scheduling of flushes, preferring usually to drink the flush potion around 14:00 (Saturday) or 22:00 (Friday), depending on what my plans are for that weekend. Usually, I succeed the flush with 3x300ml coffee enema hits in the sigmoid colon (to further clear the biliary ducts), although if I take the flush potion at 22:00, I do a high lemon/saline water enema the following morning and then do a coffee enema immediately afterwards. Usually, if I take the usual recommended dose of Epsom salts (1T per 2 hour intervals preceding/succeeding), I lose too much fluid via the bowel (liquid stool aka butt pee!), which is tantamount to loss of eletrolytes, dehydration and strain on kidneys. Suffice to say, I tend not to take the larger amounts of Epsom Salts (maybe 2 teaspoons per hit max) - the stool liquifies nicely but not excessively. I maintain adequate hydration with a mixture of young coconut water, mineral water and sun-dried sea salt. Anyway, the point is, after my 5th flush, I must've had a serious blockage because my eyes were bloodshot, my stools were floating/clay-coloured and it took me a couple of flushes to get the whites of my eyes back to normal. However, I'm still getting that ever-present weird right shoulder blade sensation, coupled with greasy/floating stools (they are bilirubin brown though!). At the moment, I'm trying to heal some of my teeth and I know that without being able to emulsify fats completely, my intestine won't be actively taking up lipids and the prized fat-soluble vitamins (a la Weston Price). I'm sure that without much alkaline bile in my small intestine, the acid chyme won't be neutralised that much either, thereby causing further complication. As well as the usual stone softeners (including the aforementioned formulas/tinctures and others like chanca piedra, which are normally used for kidney calculi), castor packs, strong percussion, lecithin/L-glycine/L-taurine, cholegogic herbs (dandelion, gentian/bupleurum etc.) etc., does anyone have any suggestions for shifting this debris sharpish please (or is it just a case of flushing at very regular intervals)? At the moment, my only time for flushing is at weekends and it's so inconvenient that my other duties are being totally neglected (e.g. renovating my home, tending my garden, housekeeping). My only concern is that I'm merely agitating (not clearing) the debris and all that I'm actually producing is bile stools or soap stones... One last thing - I would never juice carrots, beets, sweet potatoes or any of these hybridised starchy vegetables...The sugars in these things without the fibre cause major hyperglycaemic spikes (I've experienced the insulin headache and skin tag formation, which I would never repeat). Please help veteran flushers because at the moment, I feel like I'm chasing rainbows... Thank you for your obliging consideration, which is most appreciated in advance. Kindest regards, Bonso
