Guest guest
Leif my first comment is that you are not going to the bathroom enough. I go 3 times a day. You seem to not be drinking enough water because you pee only a little bit each time. Where are the bulk or fiber in your diet? You might go to a chiropractor to get an adjustment for your back and ribs. Your digestive issues seem to be form your diet. Just my initial comments, I need to run now. Talk with you later. Jay From: groupleif <groupleif@...> Subject: Digestive disorder update gallstones Date: Friday, July 31, 2009, 11:44 AM Well, today i went to get a ultrasound test to discover that, i have absolutely no gallstones. My liver and kidneys also look normal. The doctor was doubtful ever before he made the ultrasound test since i dont have any pain when urinating. I do however urinate frequently in small amounts. So what exactly was that episode of getting stabbing pain in my upper-right back 18 months ago? Well, my doctor did point out that i have abnormally wide rib cages. I mentioned that i get unbearable cramps whenever i run ever since i was i child. He said, " Exactly. Thats because of your rib bones. I suggest you dont exercise for the time being. " I can however do other exercises such as bicycling without getting cramps. I asked him about my pancreas and he said its probably fine since i dont have the systems. I suggested hepatitis and he doubted that due to not having discolored skin. He didnt notice anything wrong with my intestines except for the area around the rib bone on the right side. The organs and/or intestines must be inflamed due to being pressured on a regular basis. Lately ive been having constant throbbing pain in that area. So what exactly is going on? Perhaps this has something to do with my hypoglycemia. (I avoid sugar like poison due to getting sores that itch until they bleed.) I wonder if my adrenal fatigue has to do with any of it. My allergies could be a contribution (extreme sensitivities to chemicals such a s perfume and air-conditioning) . Im sure my nerve damage/disorder is connected (suplexation in neck). I wont bother recalling all the new health problems following the injury 8 years ago (my memory is not what it sued to be). My diet is always changing, trying to figure out a way to get the most nutrition with the least amount of indigestion and additional pain. I cant stomach fried foods any more. I cant even handle plain bread which always has some amount of oil in it. (Rice is my starch.) If i refrain form eating meats for more than a few weeks, then i wont have enough strength to walk. I dont like to eat meats because they contain fat, so right now i settle with eating fish daily. I especially like the small 1-inch fish which is known for being rich in calcium. I just remembered i seem to have osteoporosis due to bones fracturing to light impacts and broken bones not healing after years of waiting. Anyways, i feel better eating fish now and i can remember as least 24 hrs ago, unlike before. Also, yesterday i tried drinking a mixture of 4 parts fresh squeezed pineapple juice and 1 part first pressed sunflower oil. I got a nice relaxed feeling from it and wanted to lay down. Im now starting add sunflower oil to my meals. SF oil is rich in Omega 6 and fish is rich in Omega 3. Getting my EFA is a must. I make an effort to eat a variety of vegetables as well. Interestingly, i just had a bowel movement while writing this email. The matter was a bunch of small dark green oval-shaped pellets, about the same size of those in the online pictures. I didnt have a chance to get a closer examination because im in the internet shop and not at home. I usually have a bowel movement about once every 3 days unless i eat a lot of natural laxatives such as certain fruits. Leif
