Recommend you get AF Beta food from Standard Process and start taking

milk thistle - also there is an herb , Chanca Piedra , that many in

this group have had success with- but the Beta tablets and milk

thistle will / should curb if not eliminate the attacks. If they do

then you may cut back on the Beta tabs to take as needed- I would

continue with the milk thistle. I have made it part of my

supplementary regime.

Look up 's GB flush as that is where you may want to go- that is

flushing out those stones

Good luck

Hi ,I have just learned that I have 3 stones in my gall bladder (3mm,4mm,7 mm)

in a routine check up by ultrasound..I am 47 years old woman..The stones are

non symphtomatic for now ..I mean, I did not feel any trouble up to now due to

those stones..So ,I have surprised ..and now thinking what to do? Some doctors

that I have discussed said that I should definetely have an operation and I

should get rid of my gall bladder for not to have any big troubles in the future

and some other doctors said i could wait until i face with some attacts in the

future..

Both I afraid of gall bladder operation and also I afraid of the future very

dangereous attacts..

Hoping to get some fresh suggestions in this group..

Thank you so much

Tell the doctors that said to have your gall bladder removed from me that they

are a disgrace to their chosen profession and should not give recommendations

like that.

They are stupid and want your money without helping you.

Hi, new and some questions

Hello, I am a 24 year old male. I was diagnosed with gallstones back in

2004 but only had attacks once or twice a year until recently. The attacks

are now once a week on average. I am now seeking ways to slowly dissolve

the stones over time (over a year or more). I believe a fast weight loss

caused them to become more symptomatic.

I purchased Rowachol and a product containing conjugated and unconjugated

bile acids (apparently 333mg total in each tablet). I intend to supplement

with both over the long term.

Is there anything else that I should use to aid those two products in the

dissolving process? Preferably non-prescription as I don't have the

insurance or resources to see a doctor.

Thank you.

Raw vegetables are good for you but there may be rare cases where it

would be best to lightly steam/cook them - also, consume only organic

fruits and vegetables if you can and if are not eating organic try and

wash everything well with the soaps on the market for vegetables and

fruits.

Good luck

Some people do not digest raw veggies well, and hold water in their stomach

area.

This is fixed by cooking, grilling, steaming, something and the body is better

to digest and lose the stomach weight.

Here is a article on organics:

There is an internal cleanse, also known as a liver/gall bladder flush, that you

can do in the comfort of your own home to help your body expel gallstones and

other toxic sludge that may have built up in your gall bladder and liver. Doing

a series of these flushes can be extremely beneficial for anyone who either has

known gallstones, or is experiencing any kind of chronic health challenges.

Here is a website that describes Dr. Hulda 's protocol for this flush,

which is probably one of the most effective of its kind:

http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/

Liver flushing is what this gallstones forum you have joined is all about! I'd

suggest that you start doing some research to learn as much as you can about

this kind of cleansing as soon as possible.

It would also be very helpful for you to do some reading to learn more about

your own internal anatomy, so you can better understand exactly what your gall

bladder is, how it is connected to your liver and digestive system, and why

doing things to cleanse, flush and detoxify these organs is so crucial to

maintaining good health and/or healing from any kind of chronic health issues.

Start by going to this link, which is the home page of this forum, and read the

description:

gallstones/

Then scroll down the page to see a clickable calendar grid where you can do some

more research by reading some of the thousands of archived messages from this

forum that have been posted over the past 10 years, most of which are all about

doing liver/gall bladder flushes.

Here's a link to another very helpful online forum that is totally focused on

these kinds of flushes:

http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=100004

Below are some more links to some articles and images that will help to explain

more about the function of the liver and gall bladder, and why it can be so

beneficial to cleanse and detoxify these organs by doing flushes:

http://curezone.com/blogs/fm.asp?i=985355

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to post them here to the

gallstones forum. There are many very knowledgeable people here, many of whom

have a lot of experience doing these cleanses, who would be more than happy to

help you learn more about how to do them, and understand how very valuable these

cleanses can be.

I had my first and only GB attack several years ago and started taking A-F

Betafood tablets and still take them to this day. If I ever feel queasy, I take

more and it solves the problem. I swear by them.
