I've been a member for a while and while I don't often post to the board I do answer any email where I might have some insight. I was wondering if anyone has tried the above and had any good outcomes? just a little history...Back in Dec 08 I was in the ER cause of chest pains and they did an u/s that showed multiple small stones in my gallbladder, well I plan on dying with everything that I was born with so no removal I have however changed my eating life style, well my whole family has..no more fast food or greasy foods..now its all about salads with organic veggies and 2 times a week we eat chicken or fish..steamed..mmm..yummy I feel healthier and my heart burn has practically vanished and I haven't had any gb pains to speak of but I know the stones are still there and I'm too scared to do a flush but I'd like them to dissolve. I thought it was interesting about the steaming of veggies, I never knew that you could retain water from the fruits and veggies. Most of the time my feet are swollen and nothing that the drs have given me has helped. I honestly thought that with the eating habits change, it would solve that problem but I was wrong.
