Guest guest
My wholistic dr. has me on these. I just got them and was wondering if any of you are familiar with them and how they should be taken? I know the Beta food is basically just beets. Should I start with half a capsule? Do I start one supplement every few days, or do they need to be taken together? Are they going to cause an attack if they push the gallstones out somehow? I just want to be prepared as I have 3 young kids to take care of (which is why I'm not doing the flush right now and I'm pregnant and chicken.) Trying to learn all I can first and focusing on my diet. I read the disodium is supposed to help dissolve the stones. Thanks. Sheri
Guest guest
I have taken up to 3 or 4 at a time for pain- then took 2 tabs 3 times a day for a few months - now only take them as needed - diet and regular exercise will be very helpful good luck FB On Mar 3, 2010, at 9:12 PM, Sheri wrote: > My wholistic dr. has me on these. Guest guest
Sheri Every person has individual needs. Your holistic doctor knows you the best and needs to give you proper dosing instructions. Speak to the doctor again and write down the instructions.
