I would check the product using a muscle test.

My wife also had a problems with wheat , wheatgrass, and other green

products, but as her health improved, she was able to take more of these

products.

Hey Steph,

You and I are in the same boat by the sound of it. Are you severely

constipated? Headaches tired sore and achy? How about memory problems? I've

had all those and many more scary symptoms which I won't take the time right now

to mention.

I never had amalgam fillings (thankfully) however I was born from a mother who

had several and she was a smoker. No one knew (including mothers) the dangers

to a fetus those toxic substances have. So I was born quite ill most of the

time and my health of course got worse and worse as I aged due to the lovely

1000's of toxic chemicals we (sometimes willingly) ingest and are exposed to

every day.

If you are having a healing crisis from oral wheatgrass I would hold off for now

on the wheatgrass enemas as they are several times more powerful than oral

dosing. How much wheatgrass do you drink at these health food stores? is it 1

ounce? Maybe try 1/2 an ounce and follow up 30 mins later with 1 pill of

activated charcoal. That should help bind the toxins that are making you sick.

The nausea is probably due to bile stimulation which wheatgrass does very well.

When you do eventually reach the point where you have detoxed enough to do the

wg enemas then start with only 1/2 an ounce and Promise me you will do a warm

water enema 5 minutes later! If you don't do a warm water enema to clean out

the wheatgrass you will end up like me herxing in bed for 2 days. Eventually

work up to 2 ounces of wg as an enema and hold it in indefinitely to let your

body absorb all of the nutrients and enzymes.

When you start the wg enemas you will feel a huge urge to go to the bathroom,

this is because you instantly changed the acidic environment into a healthy

alkaline environment. Triggering a localized and systemic detoxification. Your

body essentially purges toxins. Its the healthiest thing you could do because I

don't think your pooping toxins. Your body probably is incapable of eliminating

those caustic and acidic substances right now.

There is a really cool enema you could try in the meantime which may be easier

on your body. A Green Tea Leaf enema which I just learned about from someone

who was suffering from Fibromyalgia. She boiled the organic green tea leaves

for 15 minutes let it cool, in it went as an enema and she said that the energy

and pain in her body got way better! She used 3 heaping tbsp's of organic green

tea leaves. Sorry I dont know where you can buy them but maybe ebay?

She also added milk thistle extract to the green tea however I think you would

react to milk thistle as you probably have some gallstones still.

Other options to get you eliminating toxins are: 5HTP, Adrenal Support (AOR

Brand), Castor oil massaging on the abdomen.

People in our situation are low on serratonin and adrenal function. The

Serratonin secreting cells in the GI get damaged from all the toxins and

inflammation so inevitably we become deficient in serratonin. This is why we

get upset stomachs during emotional events or stress because the gut and the

brain share this neurotransmitter. Hence the Gut Brain Connection which is a

very good book to read. This is also why many people with neurological diseases

initially manifest as someone with GI complaints (leaky gut syndrome, Crohn's

disease etc).

I've been diagnosed with a sleeping disorder, feel mildly depressed and

constipated in general. Low Serratonin can cause all of these including food

allergies.

Here is a great link from the Environmental Illness Resource:

http://www.ei-resource.org/articles/fibromyalgia-articles/causes-and-treatment-o\

f-fibromyalgia/

Steph if you try 5htp it may make you eliminate so many toxins like me (I almost

barfed when I went to the bathroom the smell was SO bad) that you will have a

big herxhiemer/healing crises. So if I were you I would start with the 50 mg

pills and take it every 2nd night before bed. You could even take half a

capsule by opening it up and pouring half the powder into some water. But let

me just say this, 5HTP has helped me tremendously with my sleep (I now sleep a

full 8 hours even napping during the day sometimes), when I wake up I don't feel

like a freight train has just hit me, constipation initially was WAY better but

now it is just marginally better, mood I seem a bit happier as well. Though it

tough being happy when your sick as a dog..

If you try the castor oil you might herx from that too...Try applying it and

massaging in a clockwise direction following the natural direction of food in

your intestines. Leave the castor oil on for only 10 minutes then shower off.

Gauge your symptoms if you feel toxic, headachy or tired etc. Take an activated

charcoal pill with lots of water.

Work your way up to doing the castor oil GI applications 1x a day for 4 days in

a row. This castor oil stuff detoxifies the Liver right through the skin! It

stimulates bile and may help many other Liver processes.

Also to enhance the castor oil detoxifying effects go lie out in the sun for 30

minutes. It will make the detoxing way more potent.

I go into my sauna with castor oil on my gut.

But like I said please just start off with only 10 minutes of use, stay indoors

and see how you feel. After a couple of weeks maybe you could go outdoors with

it on.

Magnesium Oil is one of the cheapest and most effective ways to get mag right

into the cells of the body. Apply the magnesium oil to the bottoms of your feet

before bed. I noticed after about 7 days of this that I was having a WAY deeper

sleep. By applying it to the bottoms of the feet you can more effectively heal

the entire body as many nerves and meridian pathways end in the feet

(reflexology).

This is where I get my mag from :

http://www.naturalcalm.ca/

One other thing which state do you live in? I have this amazing ability to

track down good healers. You should look into Traditional Native Healing.

These are not necessarily Shamans (thats a European term) but Native Healers who

use medicines found indigenous to North America. If you can find a healer that

not only uses herbs but also will work on the Spiritual level then that is Gold.

They hypothesize that the spirit becomes fractured or crushes from trauma and

illness. And that the only way to recover is to reconnect the spirit together.

I'm seeking a native healer up here in Ontario and I'm hoping I'm going to have

a profound improvement in my health once I try it!

Some native healers wont heal people who are not native, but there are some who

will heal anyone as long as you bring some kind of a gift or some tobacco.

Omg I typed alot... haha

Brad, just read your long e-mail. I will respond but send me your

e-mail address so that too many long messages do not go to the group and

upset people.

I only check my messages once a day and get on line once so give me a

day to get back to you. There is some good info. here that you sent,

some of which I have already done in the past. There is also a few

things I can possably help you with as well but didn't do me much good.

Everytime I try to drink a wheat grass drink from the health food store

I get really sick and nausious from it. I wonder if it is because of

being so toxic? I just had seven mercury fillings removed and had

arsenic poisoning from something else a couple years ago and have

systemic yeast in my stomach and intestines that I have been unable to

get rid of despite dieting and starving for three years and taking every

antifungal on the market. This is why I finally had the fillings

removed. Everything I try to do to detox makes me so violently ill

that I just quit and give up.

Everything I eat makes me sick. Maybe the wheat grass enemas would

help? Any suggestions on how to detox slowely from heavy metals and

fungus?

My liver must be really plugged.

Hey Steph I think we talked about wheatgrass before. I'm ok with the juice but

believe it or not with Bells Palsy of the gut fibers actually make my severe

constipation WORSE. So I can't do the tablets or powder anymore.. It's

basically spackling and pasting the inside of my intestinal tract causing

blockages.

But yes the cilantro juice is excellent if your still having strong reactions to

the wheatgrass juice. However I tried it and its very potent. So I would start

off on low dose initially and I wouldn't take it by itself. Take it with a

powerful intestinal toxin binder like Chlorella. That way you will unburden

your liver to some extent if the cilantro liberates too much heavy metal. If

you take both cilantro and chlorella together that will for the most part

complete the chelation cycle of toxins from your body.

Might also want to look into the KPU protocol. It's excessively powerful all it

is is a group of supplements that you take which will correct the poor

metabolism of heavy metals in your body. many people with heavy metal toxicity

have these nutritional deficiencies and this hampers the bodies ability to deal

with these toxins.

Dr. Klinghardt talks about the KPU protocol you could google those, or theres

also betterhealthguy.com he talks about the specifics and which supplements he

buys.

A friend of mine who is very sick with Neuro Lyme (he's also getting MS symptoms

now like leg weakness) has had a terrible time not responding to treatments.

Anyways he went on the KPU protocol and now he is detoxifying (finally). he had

a fever which he was really excited about because it meant his immune system was

being stimulated. He has felt more energy as well.
