I was diagnosed years ago with heavy candida and it has only gotton

worse dispite a three year starvation diet where I became very

deficient. Now I am eating what ever I want (except sugars and gluten

and I do not eat out of the grocery store) and I feel stronger and all

of my body pain is mostly gone which I had from starvation. I spent

thousands on antifungals (when I had the money before m hubby passed on)

did enemas with baking soda, drank baking soda, peroxide, grapefruit

seed extract, ozonated water etc.etc.etc. the list is endless.

Finally I had the mercury fillings out a couple weeks ago but I need to

detox from that and the arsenic but every time I try to detox what ever

I take to do that makes me really sick to the point where I have to stop

after the first dose!

I called about the wheat grass, very expensive and I am currently out of

money and trying to get a mortgage reduction so really no money to spend

to speak of. No matter how much I have spent of stuff it has never

gotton me anywhere. I think I am just so toxic and just so hanging in

there I am probably so exhausted (adrenals etc.) that even if I got rid

of all the issues my body probaby can't heal anymore. I would LIKE to

detox however, but just don't know how and what to take that I could

tolerate. I need more than animas---not that the animas don't help

because they do, but the cure has not been there.

I also was diagnosed with some blood bacteria that you get from cats. I

was exposed to a cat once with an infected mouth that rubbed against me

and I came down with big sores on my leg that I cured with charcoal pads

and my fuji D-217.

Also have that bacteria that causes ulcers (can't think of the name of

it) and who knows what else. Lots of bad bacteria in the intestines

even though I take tons of bacteria. Soon will be out of the good

bacteria and can't afford more for a good while.

Don;t really know where to start except to try and get the mercury and

arsenic out first and attack one problem at a time.

Does anyone know if heavy grooves in the fingernails (especially the

thumbs) is caused by arsenic? They are so grooved they sometimes split

from my cuticles to the nail length wise and is really a problem.

Any multiple suggestions on metal detoxing that would not be expensive?

Steph, as for the heavy-metal detox, cilantro is very good and very inexpensive.

As for the detoxing, I think that it was Dave on the forum that stressed the

importance of the order of cleansing. Start with colon and then liver.

Also, I noticed that you said you are gluten-free. Are you dairy-free?

As for overcoming candida, zinc and molybdenum are very good. Also, Donna Gates

(www.bodyecology.com<http://www.bodyecology.com>) has a very good book called

the body ecology diet that takes into account such things as proper pH and

proper food combining. You can't ignore these things if you want to overcome

candida.

MMS is something that some have claimed that have kicked their candida. Don't

know much about it. Maybe something worth checking into.

My personal view is to come up with a simple plan. You have been on a

restricted diet, but is it the right diet? I personally wouldn't take a lot of

probiotics as you had been doing. Some say it is hard on the liver especially

if you have a leaky gut problem.

Have you tried a prescription antifungal such as Diflucan? It is a bit

controversial as well as some say that it is hard on the liver. And I am

generally against most prescription medicines. But my doc swears that he has

never had a patient where Diflucan caused a liver problem. But how would he

know for sure? If you want to get aggressive, talk to you doctor about it -

maybe an option for you.

Good luck to you ...
