Guest guest
Hi, new here. I've done some liver/gallbladder flushes before. The first one got loads of stones out without using epsom salts but gobs of olive oil. I did Hulda 's version and got more out several years ago. Then did it again and just got out skum. Now I have pressure under my lower right rib so you know what that means? :-) I am curious if any of you have done the flush and also used the coffee enema? The coffee enema is supposed to open up the ducts of the liver and cause the liver to detox. Maybe if I do the flush at 9:00 to 10:00 at night and the coffee enema in the morning? Thanks for any help. P.S. I just don't know if I want to do the epsom salts this time. For me it is just gawd awful stuff. Maybe if I mix the epsom salts with fresh squeezed orange juice? Guest guest
Try refrigerating the mixture will take the edge off of the taste - won't be great but will improve significantly not sure what introducing OJ to the system would do but if OJ is ok then pineapple juice would mask the taste even more however refrigeration will noticeably help good luck On Jul 1, 2010, at 6:48 PM, tony1pass1 wrote: > Hi, new here. > I've done some liver/gallbladder flushes before.
