Guest guest
get yourself for checked for stomach/duedonal ulcers...your ultrasound was normal that means (i assume) your pancreas, liver and spleen are also normal in size and there is no enlargement.....gastritis could be the issue which is caused by ulcers and other reasons such is IBS.....barium x-ray or edoscopy is recommended but before that you do that go for h-pylori test....if positive then go for the antibiotic treatment...keep us posted.....if there is no gb disease and gallstone do not even think about removing gb, its a great loss, i did it last year and i m still suffering with severe problems only the pain is gone.....good luck! Guest guest
Hin there Steve, Reading up on your message I have the funny feeling that you have no more and no less than a HYATAL HERNIA. When you think back to 2 years ago, before the problems started, did you have some kind of serious accident, like a fall from the stairs or ladder, a punch or kick in the stomach or anything like that. Also a bout of heavy vomiting may be an indication. Want to know more send me an email with " diagnose " in the subjectline. To your health, Dr. M. Vos. ND. Guest guest
Munawar Thanks for you suggestions. I have had two gastroscopies with biopsy and I don't have ulcers in my stomach or duodenum. I have also had a barium meal x-ray and that was normal. The biopsies were normal and did not indicate H Pylori. My symptoms also do not fit with IBS as i am not constipated nor do I have diarrhoea. Guest guest
I would agree with 's post here. You could also have something that I have suffered from for a long time known as Frozen Diaphragm. This has caused many other problems to occur including breathing abnormalities (sleep apnea due to nerve damage which can be one cause of Frozen Diaphragm) and digestive problems. I find that all the muscles close to the diaphgram seem to go into spasm as well simply due to proximity which has only complicated my case. Massage does not seem to release it since most of the main problem is inside the rib cage. Stretching does help a little bit especially the rising sun yoga pose, but the benefits are not long lasting. My hyatal hernia I believed is caused by this Frozen Diaphragm condition since the Gastric valve remained partially closed during eating. This lead to herniation of that area I believe. My advice is to try large doses of L ornithine and L Aspartic acid, both amino acids are very good at helping to remove excess ammonia which can cause nerve damage and gallbladder/digestive organ inflammation. You could also try Manuka honey which has really helped my digestion despite no longer testing positive for H Pylori. Guest guest
Hello Steve, Let me clarify this a little more. The DIAPHARM is a very thin muscle separating the energy organs: Heart and Lungs, from the digestive organs in the abdomen. The esophagus passes through the diaphragm just as the aorta. Due to a punch in the stomach area, a severe car accident, a fall from e.g. stairs of ladder, a kicking unborn child(women only)the stomach entrance is forcefully pushed through the diaphragm causing a tear. Now when the stomach is empty and wants food it pushes up, and people with a hiatal hernia experience pain just behind the sternum. I have one myself as the results of a car accident and doctors declared me disabled for 70%. It took an iridologist to tell me the real problem. That is also what triggered my lifetime interest in alternative medicine, which made it possible to help thousands of my patients in the 35 years in medical office. Medical Doctors have no way to see this tear since it is ourside the stomach and X-ray will not show it. The only way to determine it you have a hiatal hernia is either iridology or acupressure. The point for acupressure is UB 41, this point is located on the back and to find it, you have to draw a line 1/2 inch under the lower tip of the shoulder baldes, then about 1/2 inch left and right of the spine right between the vertibrae called T7.(Torax 7) When someone will apply deep pressure there left and right with the tip of the finger, man I tell you it hurts. And when it hurts you definitely have a hiatal hernia. Fact is that about 70% of all people with stomach problems do have a hiatal hernia. IT WILL NEVER HEAL, SINCE THAT MUSCLE IS INOPERABLE. REMEDY to live with it and have the least of all problems: 1. Eat something about 6 times a day, but don't eat more than you use to do, just divide it better. 2. Take a glass of warm milk and a piece of cheese before going to bed. 3. Use 2 or 3 pillows so your upper body stays higher than your lower body. 4. A-ZANTAC 300 to cut down the stomach acids. A-ZANTAC is available over the counter but only the 150 and 75, so take either 2 or 4 of these. I had my car accident when I was 32 and now at 75 I still live almost trouble free, when I take my precaution. Hope this helps you all. In health: Dr. M. Vos. ND.
