replace 3/4th Epsom salts w/ colonic?

Hi All,

I'm interested in reducing my intake of Epsom salts, and I always do a colonic

after my flush anyways, so I'm looking for recommendations on how to replace the

3rd, 4th doses of Epsom salts in a flush with colonic.

What I'm thinking of doing is following the s Moritz protocol (which is

similar to the Hulda protocol) except replace the 3rd and 4th Epsom salts

w/ a colonic at 8am. In another words, on day 1, take 1st Epsom salt at 6pm,

2nd Epsom salt at 8pm, citric acid/olive oil at 10pm, and on day 2, do a colonic

at 8am.

Does this make sense? Would this be enough to ensure a purge of remaining

gallstones in the intestinal tract? Would this make the colonic not too late

and not too early?

Any advice appreciated.

Regards,

Grace

In terms of keeping the colon clear colonics would be fine. The ingestion of

the magnesium provides several function though. First is the clearing of the

colon which can be accomplished with colonics but the most important is the

relaxation of the gallbladder and duct and third is the increased contraction

ability of the smooth muscle itself when the oil is ingested and the contraction

triggered. Colonics will not provide this. So, unfortunately, substituting for

magnesium will decrease effectiveness. Both s and Hula would have

modified their protocols if they could to eliminate the " excess " magnesium...

if it were. We would all like to do it a different way for comfort reasons, and

many have tried; but you have to go to rather drastic measures to fool the body

into unnatural performance. -D

  • 2 weeks later...

Dave,

Thanks for the info. I dislike biliary pain more so than the taste of Epsom

salts, so I did the complete 4 doses of Epsom salts for my 4th flush this past

weekend, and will continue to do so for future flushes.

Regards,

Grace
