Guest guest
GAP lost one more brave fighter against AIDS On 31st October 2004, GAP lost one of its brave fighters, Mr Naresh Jeswani. Naresh Jeswani joined GAP in 1997, when his wife Deepa fell sick due to AIDS related illness. Deepa could not fight back and passed away in 1998. But Naresh continued his crusade against AIDS as an activist and peer counsellor. One can remember that, Naresh, always, with his smiling face and heavy body used to be a great entertainer in each monthly meeting of the infected and affected people. It was hard for people to believe that Naresh was carrying the virus in his body. Naresh got falcifarum infection, and he had renal failure from which he could not come out and left all of us behind to carry his 'mission torch' forward, and GAP takes a pledge at this moment - " Yes, we will fight together against HIV.
