Jay, that's why they have Jet airlines. I used to live in Canyon Country

about 50 miles north of L.A.

Just this A.M. got a book in the mail: " Love Your Liver and Live Longer " by

Cabot, M.D.

I hope it has some good info in it. It looks good with 8 weeks of menu plans to

get the liver back to being happy. I'll report on the book later.
