Jay~try to google it and you'll find it all over the internet.  Still haven't

tried it,  but I'm going to for my next cleanse

I did google it - that is part of my work as a researcher - but, I still have

not heard of that method.  I think the leaders in this type of thing would have

recommended it previously.
