The last few days I've just been eating spaghetti (I'm GFCF), grass fed beef, apples, fresh squeezed lemonade (w/organic sugar), green beans, raisins, and Gorilla Munch cereal. Sometimes I make chicken and rice. I don't know what else to eat and I'm starving and pregnant so worried I am not eating enough. I think the problem began when I went off GFCF and started eating fast food, which I normally don't do. I'm not taking the meds. > > Also, is fresh grapefruit juice OK? I read somewhere that grapefruits can trigger an attack, but then read somewhere else that grft juice is good for the liver, so I'm confused. Are berries OK? Do I need to do low oxalate? My dd does that diet so I am familiar with it. > > Sorry, I plan to read all the files, but just don't have time and I'm really hungry and don't know what I can eat. Guest guest
What kind of exercise is best? Brisk walking, or just anything? I'm in the midwest and it's snowing right now, otherwise when it's warmer, I'm out for walks all the time. Thanks! Guest guest
fast food, processed food hides many fats that really affect the gallbladder---you must stay away from them eat more fruit, and veggies---apples every day will help a great deal oatmeal is super for you as well---organic milk with it-- Try more turkey, chicken---well cooked pork---no bacon, red meat even organic will cause attack----try lamb it might be better if you must have red meat--- Alaskan wild salmon is about the best fish you can eat since they die off every year they have the least chemicals in them----fyi Fresh is always best and lots of water-- they say eat what you want when you are pregnant your body will tell you want you need----but don't eat junk take mulitvitamins with food so you won't get stomach upset and yogart is very good while pregnant ----- best of luck--- cook with olive oil---stay away from ALL other fats and you should be ok--- if you can't do a flush ---- jmo > > I was in the hospital Tuesday and they say I have one gallstone (did an ultrasound).
