GB Cleanse

So I did the lemon juice/olive oil GB cleanse for 3 nights, and unfortunately,

nothing came out. This morning I had the dubious honor of stinking up the

company bathroom. My poop smelled awful (can't say it smelled like olive or

lemon) and was yellowish-brown in color. Usually it's brown/light brown. I see I

have to get my bowels moving more regularly before I do another cleanse, because

I've only pooped once in 3 days.

I would have hoped the oil would have lubricated my organs, but it doesn't

seem that's the case. Would the oil just sit there in my GB, colon, etc. and

rot?

Hi Sandy - I just did the olive oil " drink. " That's all the post

I saw on this list mention. How much epsom salt? Can one do it by

itself or is it better in conjunction with the godawful lemon/olive

oil cocktail?

Ah. Good to know. I'm going to try the Colonix cleanse soon and then in a few

months do another GB cleanse, this time with epsom salts.

Are you also taking Epsom Salt with the mixture? The reason other than to

help

expell the stones is to relax the tubes so none of the stone will be lodged

in them.

E S is magnesium which relaxes everything.

Please use the below rules to further describe to the

group you r stool

THE BRISTOL STOOL FORM SCALE

Type 1 Separate hard lumps, like nuts

Type 2 Sausage-like but lumpy

Type 3 Like a sausage but with cracks in the surface

Type 4 Like a sausage or snake, smooth and soft

Type 5 Soft blobs with clear-cut

Type 6 Fluffy pieces with ragged edges, a mushy stool

Type 7 Watery, no solid pieces

(below description from

http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/warningsigns.html)

blood of any color in your stool - bright red, dark

red, blackish red, or totally black

stool that is yellow, orange, olive blue, slate gray,

very dark brown, or black

offensive smelling stool

hard stool that sinks to the bottom of the toilet bowl

and/or marks the bowl

flat thin-like stool

stool with many small bead-like bubbles

slimy stool that appears to have mucous in it

bowel movements that require effort on your part to

excrete

less than one complete bowel movement EVERY day.

below come from

site:http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/reclaimbooklet.html

HOW TO TELL IF ONE HAS A GOOD STOOL:

Is it soft, firm?

Color – is it light brown, medium?

Is it free from foul smell and odors?

Does it float?

Do you have to strain?

Does elimination take place 15-20 minutes after a

meal?

Is it 5 inches long?

Is it 1 to 1-1/2 inches in diameter?

Is it banana shaped?

STOOL INVESTIGATION

Bright red blood means that the blood is from the

anus. It could be from an internal hemorrhoid or from

a fistula or other rectal problem.

Dark red blood has come from farther up in the

digestive system – could mean ulcers, or colitis in

the splenic flexure area.

Blackish-red blood indicates ulceration and bleeding

around the hepatic flexure.

Blood totally black in color could be from the

stomach.

High protein diets with mostly meat produce a dark

colored stool. Spinach and other vegetables containing

chlorophyll can stain stools green; dark colored food

such as blackberries or cherries will stain the stool

a darker color.

Yellow or orange stool indicates insufficient bile and

is mixed with intestinal contents, or a sign of

jaundice or liver disease. Carrot juice can also make

stools turn orange color.

A reddish wine colored stool can be caused from eating

beets.

Iron medication or anemia could cause slate grey or

blackish stool.

Excess protein stool is black.

Very dark, olive blue stool may indicate a diet too

rich in protein and fat – too much putrefaction within

the bowel.

Dark, hard, offensive smelling stool may indicate very

severe bleeding high in the intestinal region. It may

come from an ulcer in the stomach, duodenum, colitis,

or Crohn's Disease.

Grey or chicken soup-like stool can indicate liver or

gall bladder trouble.

A hard, black stool means constipation.

Flat and thin-like stool indicates an obstruction in

the lower part of the bowel or spastic colitis

(usually around the splenic flexure of sigmoid area).

A stool with many small bubbles (bead-like) shows

fermentative conditions.

A slick, slimy stool could be caused from jaundice.

A normal stool has no odor. If it is offensive

smelling, then a lot of putrefaction and rotting has

occurred and there is a digestive problem, which could

include constipation or improper food combining.

Bacteria, both dead and alive, usually constitute a

quarter to half of the dried feces. Stools should

normally be soft, a medium brown color, and should

float.

" I've only pooped once in 3 days. "

If you eat creamy cheese cake every day only not

including any insoluble fiber the intestines can grip

on to for the purpose of moving things along then why

would you expect a stool every day.

Increase your raw fiber intake and see the frequency

of your stool increase.

decribe what you ate the last four days . If you

cannot remember start a food diary and report back

what you have eaten for the next four days.

When I have difficulty in that area I eat a handful of prunes. Works every time.

On a regular basis, 1000 mgs of magnesium (divided) works all the time, as well

as at least 1000 mgs of EFA fish oil capsules.

saltwater flush which also didnt work and I havent had a bowel movement since,

that was sunday. I had pain on Monday and Tuesday but not today, should I do

another saltwater flush...its just so hard to get down. Any suggestions??

When you do a flush and use Epsom salt, add the juice of a lemon and

that buffers the taste of the Epsom Salt. Makes it much easier to get

down.

Exactly what was the gb cleanse protocol that you followed?

HI~I would recommend you go to the Hulda e site and follow her cleanse to

the tee.  The first few times I didn't get out much, either.  And you might

need to do many flushes to start releasing stones.  She recommends you do a

colon/parasite and kidney cleanse before you do the actual cleanse.  Some

people need to do that before their body will release any stones. Took many

years to get them and we can't expect to get rid of them overnight :~)

The LIVER AND GALLBLADDER MIRACLE CLEANSE by s Moritz is a more recent

book and has the Hulda cleanse in it, plus so much more.  Good luck in

your endeavor to become healthy, happy and clean!

Try and eliminate dairy products and animal products especially red meat and

coffee - if you eliminate animal products for a while supplement diet with

nutritional yeast - goes great with beans

if not already exercising start -

most people have great success with A-F Beta tablets by Standard process and

milk thistle -

eat beets - raw is best - grated in salads - or lightly steamed- eat organic

and if not possible wash vegetables thoroughly - if u are a bread lover stay

away from white flour- sprouted breads best

if u are in good health try a raw diet of vegetables and juice for a few days -

here are some tips from my archives from various posts

Lot's of cold pressed raw oils. Citrus. Apples or other malus. Beets. Extra

lecithin in smoothies or... Any bitter flavor. Bitter flavors and foods

stimulate the production of bile. Most anti oxidant compounds and many anti

inflammatory compounds are bitter. Bitter greens or vegetables. High fiber. High

water. Low refined carbs. While I agree that taking herbs and supplements but

not changing diet is the improper way to approach, the assumption that the herbs

or supplements are harder on the liver is a bit scewed. Some supplements are,

some herbs are, but many herbs are strictly supportive and of no negative

consequence (as well as supplements). What is the difference between an herb and

a food? Are beets a food or a supplement (Beta Food contains betaine from beets

and beet powder). Probably a combination of dietary changes and support along

with some liver/gallbladder specific supplementation may be appropriate.

good luck

You'll get much good info from   The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse

book by  s Moritz.   He uses the Hulda cleanse,  but I think his

book is full of good info for the beginner.   Amazon book has it for around

10.00 right now.

Good luck to you,

Many people use Dr. Hulda 's protocol for liver/gall bladder cleansing:
