Guest guest
Hello to all, I am sorry to say that after doing 15 successful flushes, I finally gave in to surgery. I'm only 32. As much as I've tried to follow the group's advices on GB flush and foods to eat, I was not able to expel all the stones, especially the large one. Now here I am always staring at the 1 large stone and crystals stored in the bottle as my souvenir. I am not proud of the surgery I have undergone, If only I have more tolerance in pain, I will still have my GB today and will stop worrying if I get highblood or will I still be able to have a normal pregnancy in the future? Yes, I have regrets, especially the pain I have after surgery. I know we have members here in the group who already had their GB out. If you guys can suggest to me your new lifestyle, type of exercise to do, food to eat, supplements to take, I would greatly appreciate them. I want to live long and a healthier life. How soon can I get back to taking supplemets and doing exercises? Also, my husband nd I are talking about me getting pregnant and giving birth next year, that was when my GB is still intact. But now its gone, anyone can suggest at least how many years we should wait before I get pregrant again? Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions. Mabuhay! to those who still have they GBs. Margie Vallente
