Guest guest
I would like to say that we have all done cleansings here, changed our diet, researched the techniques needed to save our galbladder. Other people can be more specific about what you need to do. But research the past discussions here. You need to find olive oil, etc... I went for a checkup with a doctor and also done a Gall Bladder Scan as adviced by the doctor. The scan test result says " Minimal Gall Blader Sludge with tiny calculi aprox 1.8 mm " . Doctor suggested me to go for Gall Blader removal surgery. Please advice I should go for the surgery or not? Or there is any alternative treatment for this? > > > >
Guest guest
did it with the help of everyone on this site + diet (cut out meat, eggs & chicken 100%- then went to fish sparingly. cut out white flour, increased intake of fresh vegetables and fruit- drink plenty of water - drink AC Vinegar fairly regularly mixed with water and a couple of ounces of Apple Juice ), regular exercise, AF - Beta tablets and different herbs such as Milk thistle, - as I said in an earlier post - in most cases if your GB is acting up it is usually a signal from your body that you are neglecting some part of your life style - taking things for granted whether it be your your diet, exercise, ... goof luck On Apr 9, 2010, at 9:42 PM, gaurav_pattanayak wrote: > How did you recover from it? Guest guest
cleansing is only one part of the protocol - diet and exercise and supplements just as important- no red meat or white flour - get urself some af-beta food by standard process and spend time in these archives good luck F On Apr 13, 2010, at 7:44 AM, gaurav_pattanayak wrote: > I did the gall bladder cleaning once yesterday with olive oil and lemon juice but I still have the pain.
