Guest guest
My blood pressure and cholestrol levels went up abnormally few months after the my GB was removed and the reason was the inappropriate diet and no excercise. I went on blood pressure and cholestrol medication until i relaised that medication is causing some severe side effects and causing some other problems as well. I changed my diet and started excerise and its been a month already i am taking no medication and my most recent test for cholestrol are very normal. I would like to shae with the group what i did. I DO NOT eat any kind of meat on weekdays. On wekends i eat grilled chicken and or fish. I walk for 30-45 minutes every day and sometimes if i skip one or two days, not a big deal but i try to do it every day. I teaspoon of Psylium Husk every night before going to bed with 2 glasses of water. Trust me, these things have a very positive impact on my daily life, i feel very healthy and active and no digestion problems whatsoever. Anybody with no GB should atleast excerise on regular basis if change of diet is not that easy for you because both the inappropriate diet and NO excercise will put you under lots of problems......Good luck to all Munawar ..
