Was feeling moody all week. No cleanse, but cleaned out good last night and feel much better today than the last few. In a message dated 2/25/2011 12:47:19 P.M. Crazy. On day 1, I felt incredible relief from depression that has resisted treatment my entire adult life (since age 15 - I'm 41 now). I was actually thinking I was pretty when I looked in the mirror. The voices that call me a loser throughout the day were quiet. I had a lot of energy and good concentration, and I actually wanted to socialize. And I just felt light in my heart. (Note: the " voices " I refer to are not the " invasive " voices experienced by a schizophrenic - they are me telling myself bad things.) Day 2 still felt good, but the voices were whispering a little bit. Had some good positive interactions with people and felt really good about that. Today's day 3, and the negative voices are back in my head, and life is feeling kind of small and drab again. My question is: Has anyone cured their depression with liver flushes? How many flushes did it take, and how far apart? Since the depression is back, I feel like doing another one right away. I know they say to wait at least two weeks between flushes. Thanks for any information or insight you can provide. I am also interested if anyone is aware of any scientific literature about why a liver flush should relieve treatment-resistant depression!!
