Are these foods OK? Not sure what's causing attacks.

I'm still having attacks (will be doing the flush shortly), but can't figure out

what is causing them. Here is what I normally eat. I am strictly gluten and

dairy free. I'm not sure if sugar is the culprit.

Ian's gluten free french toast sticks with agave syrup

GF apple cinnamon oatmeal (I do add some brown sugar)

Sometimes GF pancakes made with club soda and rice flour and sugar.

Fuji apples every day (will be switching to green) sometimes w/organic peanut

butter

Baked potatoes, red potatoes

's Gluten free bread with garlic salt and ghee (dairy free butter)

P-nut butter and jelly with 's GF bread

Romaine salad with Marzetti's Lite french dressing w/1 TB flax oil

Cereal with rice milk - Gorilla Munch (corn) or a GF organic rice krispy type

cereal with honey, GF apple cinnamon cheerio type cereal

Fruit - strawberries, grapes, kiwi, canned peaches, blueberries, rasb's, plums,

etc. Most I cannot get organic so I don't know if that's a problem.

Organic green beans with sea salt

Organic apple sauce

Lots of GF (rice) spaghetti with homemade sauce. I do add meat to my sauce but

I figured it was such a small amount it wouldn't affect me, but maybe it does.

I'm going to make meatless tomorrow.

I was eating a small amount of organic chicken (once or twice a week) but cut it

out last week but still had an attack yesterday.

Fresh grapefruit juice in am. I stopped this b/c on one web site it says it

causes gallstone attacks.

Occasssionally small amount of raw organic cashews and raw organic sprouted

sunflower seeds. Are you supposed to avoid all nuts? How do you get your

protein?

Sometimes baked GF potato chips that I order online (Pinnacle Gold). It says it

has way less fat b/c they are baked. Not sure if these are Ok or not.

Tomato soup (Imagine brand) with Glutino crackers (these have eggs in them but I

figured it's a small amount and not straight eggs)

I tried Olive Garden salad and minestrone soup once. Is that OK? I know the

dressing has eggs.

Anything stand out? Should corn be cut out completely? My midwife is sending

me a super green drink powder mix next week so hopefully that will help with

protein. I know I'm not getting enough nutrition and I'm hungry often and

getting very depressed at all the food I can't eat and wondering if this is how

my life is going to be forever. Will I ever be able to eat somewhat normally

again on occassion? Not sure how long I can keep this up. Thanks for any

input. I am also 19 weeks pregnant.
