Guest guest
Well…since everything causes pain, I’m not sure what to eat! Since Dec I’ve been on the no dairy, no eggs, no sugar, no grains, no yeast, no alcohol, no corn, no soy, no rice, no caffeine, no artificial anything, no preservatives, no processed food, no raw veggies, no nuts, no seeds, and limited fruit diet… L Which means I eat meats and veggies in the form of soup, meat broth, water. Sometimes I still have (what we’re assuming) is gallbladder attacks – if I eat too much, if I eat too much of any kind of fat, or if I eat meats that are not soft. Before, we didn’t know what was causing the pain. Now that we think it might be gallstones, I don’t know what to eat to ease the pain and/or help dissolve the stones? I have been misdiagnosed for the past 5 months with all manner of things. The GI doc thinks that I have gallbladder problems - I am waiting on the results from the ultrasound to see how bad it is. He is going to want to take my gallbladder out L and I am scared. I have been in pain for so long, that this sounds tempting. But I know that nothing is as simple as it sounds. I used to only have pain after eating, now I have pain all the time, even when I don't eat. Is there anything I can do to save my gallbladder? -shara
