Unless there is pain, I agree that doing other things to heal the gallbladder

instead of having it removed is preferable.

Liz,

Why not do some liver flushes and see if that helps improve your condition so

you can keep your gall bladder instead of having it sliced out of you?  Please

bear in mind that having your gb removed will not necessarily solve your

problems.

I would be careful to ascertain your gb needs to be removed before proceeding-

just because a doctor tells you so does not necessarily mean it is so. Get 2nd

and 3rd opinions - 4th opinions if you have to - spend some times in the

archives for this group - they are filled with valuable info - proactive is the

operative word- no pun intended- as u have probably heard most gb removals are

unnecessary but there are not that many surgeons that will tell u that-
