Can anyone tell me Why I would get Pancreatitis after a Liver Flush?

The tenderness in the upper abdomen area and pain in back was pancreatitis a

mild case it started after doing a liver flush. Why would this happen? It didnt

show raised enzyme levels in my blood I begged for an ultrasound and thats when

they seen my pancreas enlarged I assume. I am on antibiotics for it. Also does

anyone know anything about yeast overgrowth?
