Guest guest
an easy exemption from OSHA see top of my page http://www.wellwithin1.com/hepatitisb.htm But you will have much more in future that you will NOT be able to get around it. I do NOT recommend anyone go to nursing school anymore for vaccine reasons and also for all the toxic things you will have to do to people. I can prove " immunity " for the other requirements but I have, of course, never had Hep B nor the vaccine for it. How can I get around this? I'm somewhat hesitant to contact the director of the nursing program, as I am not certain they would give me factual information on how to get out of it. Even if a state has their own law regarding bloodborne pathogens, the state law must meet the rules within the federal law. This is a link to the decline statement that you can sign.
