Alternate Blood Test in place of TB test

So my husband and I want to adopt out of foster care but they require that everyone in the house gets a TB test. Both of my boys (5 and 2 years old) are not vaccinated and I don't want them to get a TB test. So I did a search in this group and found out about the alternate test. I'm not sure that the state would accept this, but if they do, where would I go about trying to find out who can test it. Since it needs to be tested within 12 hrs of drawing the blood it would obviously have to be local. I live in Kansas.Thanks, Cameron
