What you say is a universal truth that is currently being validated by the

scientific community- should you like more info read Dr Candace Pert's

" Molecules of Emotions, " which verifies the thesis of what stress does to us and

how our bodies react to it down to the cellular level

best of luck

It has been proved to me over and over how stress can affect our health.  My

daughter is bi-polar and can control it with supplements.  However she stopped

taking them about a year ago, much to our surprise she has been just fine.  A

week ago we experienced a family occurrence that was a very stressful time for

her.  After months and months of no gallbladders problems, she had a GB

attack. Less than two days later she had a mental episode.  Fortunately she

agreed to get back on her supplements, I anointed her with essential oils and

did as much as I could to smooth out the family issue.  Her stress level

appears

to be low and no GB attacks or mental episodes.  So sad that other folks

cannot

see the roll that stress plays on our health...both physical and mentally.

Not sure that I totally agree with you on the colonics. I agree that the

potential for removal of good bacteria is not ideal (counter with probiotics).

But there are many benefits of colonics. It is interesting that s Moritz

advocates Ayurveda practices, yet is a proponent of colonics especially during a

liver/GB cleanse. I tend to trust him on most issues.

I am glad that you mentioned the connection between gluten intolerance and fat

digestion. I suffer from both of them. I did not know there was a connection.

Thanks for mentioning this.

Colonics are not a safe thing as it can cause disbyosis: remove all bacteri=

good and bad. It also imbalance nervous system as empty colon always will=be

filled with air. In Ayurveda enema used but with herbs and oil to calm =own

sustem. I think you may have allergy and there fore bags and other sym=toms It

can cause bloating too. Probably also bad bacteria overrgrow and c=use infection

like candida or other. You can start with probiotics but very=slowly from small

doses and if will not help check for other problems. Also=enzymes can help for

fat digestion, Ox bile or Bile acids.People with glut=n intolerance can`t digest

fat too. See Wrongdiagnosis.com to seach sympto=s.

> Hi everyone. Just wanted to give an update. I had my GB removed in April. Not

looking for judgements here. That is what I felt was best in my situation at the

time. Just thought I would share in case it helps anyone else. I was 19 weeks

pregnant with my 4th child, had 6 severe attacks in 10 weeks, despite eating a

pretty strict liver friendly diet. The two weeks before my surgery I had two

colon hydrotherapy sessions done. A couple hours after the second one, I had a

severe attack. I believe I passed a stone b/c a few days later, at an ultrasound

before my surgery, there was now only one stone instead of 2, but it was located

at the end of the gallbladder, so it seemed that it was blocking the main duct

out possibly. I chose not to do a liver flush b/c I didn't feel 100% sure about

the safety of it while pregnant, and I didn't feel I knew enough about it, and

time was of the essence as I was having an attack about once a week. I have

always been constipated, so I feel that had I not had colon hydrotherapy done

b-4 a flush, I would have been in really bad shape as it all would have just

backed up and caused a lot of pain and cramping. My hydrotherapist was

recommended by a woman who passed all her gallstones via colon hydrotherapy with

coffee and drinking some special herbal teas in between sessions. I couldn't

take the teas being pregnant, nor the coffee enemas. The colon hydro did help me

a lot. Right after my surgery, for the next 3 months, I could eat anything

without problems pretty much. I did get some diarrhea here and there if I ate

out but no other problems. I could eat dairy without getting headaches, and the

bags under my eyes were gone. I thought it was from having a bad GB removed, but

now I believe it was from the colon hydro removing built up toxins in my colon.

Anyways, it's been 10 months since my surgery. Under eye bags are back bad. I

need to get in and have another colon hydro done, this time with the coffee too.

I will get diarrhea every once in a while, but haven't in a few months. However,

now I am getting really bad drop dead if you are anywhere near me gas if I eat

meat or chicken or any fats or oils even. Within 20-30 minutes of eating

something, I'm having gas like every 30-60 seconds. I'm already back to eating

gluten and dairy free, but if I eat dairy that also gives me gas. So, I probably

have stones in my liver as opposed to getting stuck in my gallbladder. Kind of

stinks that I'm part of that " 40% " of people who cannot go back to eating

anything they want. I am nursing so I don't want to do a liver flush right now.

Oh I also developed anemia since I stopped eating meat so when I gave birth I

passed out shortly after. I think I was always borderline anemic so now I'm

taking iron along with vit C, enzymes, B12, probiotics, CLO, prenatal, cal/mag,

vit D and occassionally choline and AF Beta food tablets. Should I still take

the last two if I don't have a GB? Anyways, I'm trying to follow a liver

cleansing diet and will have another colonic done but is there anything else I

can do to help alleviate the gas? I can't even tolerate ghee on homemade popcorn

or olive oil on red potatoes. Also just read in the Body Ecology Diet book

(starting that for my daughter-autistic), that if you have a bad liver, you pass

that on to your baby. Great! Now she has a bad liver too. I'm also drinking

small amounts of a super green powder mix w/chlorella and all that good stuff.

But now I'm back to vegetarian and it doesn't seem to give me enough strength

and energy throughout the day. I don't like fish. Anyways just wanted to add my

experience.
