I hate to sound dumb, but what is it's natural form? Would that include

buffered abscorbates? I have been reading and trying to learn. Thanks.

From: " sparrow " <sparrow@...>

Vitamin C in its natural form, if taken in 100 to 200 mg doses should produce

your solution...i wouldn't take it for more than 3 days at a time without a rest

though...very tough on the kidneys etc.

Hi Rashelle,

Thanks, I am sure you already know that I appreciate you very much too. I

just want you to know that I wouldn't have had the energy to even think of

overcoming my sugar addiction if it weren't for the breathing programs.

They helped me to get to the point where I was able to deal with the other

issues.

I was able to realize that in reality, we breath to live, not eat to live.

Eating is something that we like to do, but it isn't as important is

breathing!

Just food for thought. :-)

Have a great day!

Hi Karma,

I am so glad you are helping everyone get their bodies cleaned out and in

better health. I know that those sugar addictions can really deter us from

getting the most from our lives.

I am just so pleased that you have created a place where our Life Lift group

can go to order products they want without having to run all over town

trying to locate something that I or someone else might recommend.

Once again, I wanted to tell you how great I think you are, and how happy I

am for you that you have successfully dropped off that 30 pounds you did not

want. I am so proud of you!

Take good care of yourself,

Love,

Rashelle

yes, it can be kinda disturbing...but imagine if the great majority of all

I have also had the experiences that luckower described... it does not

disturb me though. I agree that if more people were cleansed, then our

world would probably be a more enlightened place. Wouldn't that be great???

I think that nearly all of the prophets I have studied about were avid

fasting and cleansing participants, including Jesus. This is a wonderful

" key " to the road of spiritual evolution! KAT :)

You are pretty much on the same road as me. I have done the lemonade cleanse for

3 days about 2 weeks ago and thinking about doing it again but only this soon

because I have also just started with the bentonite/psyllium and a parasite away

cleanse kit( the one I read about on the net is called PC123..I am using a

similiar product by Knowledge Products called Paraway).

(I just posted about all this history but you may have missed it...I probably

should have just stuck with the lemonade and added the bentonite like it says to

do...too late now.)

I am adding the lemonade tomorrow or Sunday just to enhance the cleanse while on

these products. I may add the sea salt too as these all work well together and

make up the " Master Cleanse. "

At this point in your cleanse I wish you well and would advise you add the sea

salt and water at the start of your day. I think it helps to you to focus on

sticking with it and provides a good start ( cleansewise ) to your day.

Have you read about the sea salt water enema?

I tried the salt water thing. I could not gag down a quart of salt water. I

almost threw up. But I did drink about half of it, and it had no effect.

Wonder why? I did use uniodized sea salt.

Hi

If you don't want to purchase an herbal cleanse product you can still do a

lot of good with regular juice fasting. I did an extended juice fast a few

years ago, but unfortunately didn't keep to good eating habits afterward and

gained back the weight that I lost! So I learned the hard way the

importance of taking it slow and steady! There are several good books

available about juicing and fasting. Do you have a juicer? Juicing will

help cleanse and will also nutritionally support your body in the process.

That's my .02 anyway. :) Good luck!!

Lyn,

All I have to say is Arise and Shine!! If you follow his diet and take his

cleanse, you will probably lose plenty of weight. The first week I went on

it, I lost 12 pounds!! I also passed plenty of old nasty stuff out of my

gut!! It really is a wonderful cleanse and I think you want to deal with

getting the intestines cleaned out before you try to tackle parasites,

unless you have test results that show they are definately there or have

seen them come out of you.

God bless,

KJ

-Hello and welcome :-)

I'm pretty new to this as well, and my! You've taken a

bigger step than I have!

I've so far only done some herbal/dietary things.

Fruit only days and have done " Paragone " and am now

taking " Cleansesmart " w/ consuming a light diet... of

mainly fruits and veggies and a light protein here and

there. Seems to be doing some good. Since you

mentioned aching knees, I imagine being overweight has

something to do with that(I had weight problems when I

was younger and I know how awful it can be..not that

I'm a rail now, however!), but I'll tell you what

happened to me- I was in physical therapy for plantar

fasciitis and the doc. said i wouldn't run again...

well (I'm sure you know what's coming!), as an

unexpected bonus of just cleansing as much as I have,

my foot problems have gone away. Neat, eh?

It flares up after I've eaten certain things, but now

with the knowledge, as soon as " the things " have

cleared out, my foot is fine- and :-), I'm back to

running, which my heart ached to do again. Back into

the fresh air alongside the water with the birds,

trees, - awesome!

Oh, and since I can't give you much by way of personal

recommendations, there is a website I like that has to

do with cleansing. www.transformyourhealth.com

I just placed my first order from it, and while doing

so noticed she has lots of cleansing info. there.

Perhaps you might find what you are looking for?

I wish you the best of luck and let us know how it's

going.

Take care,

Heidi

An uncommon question to post. Does anyone know of any procedure or herbal

combination available that will cleanse the body of internal mucous

accumlulation? That is, organs, tissues and so on?

Personal opinion, but I think this is an overlooked issue. I've suspected

for years it builds up inside us and, under the right circumstances, can

literally clog up bodily functions.

So far, I've heard comfrey, fenugreek and mother's wort may help. A nurse

friend told me her alternative MD said a supplement called N-acetyl cysteine

helps in liquifiing mucous allowing it to be flushed away. Maybe oranges

too?

I know mucous can coat the lining of the digestive system hindering the

absorbtion of nutrients.

Anyone have any other info on this?

No, LESS tolerance. The more your body detoxes the more it will not tolerate

avoids. This is a nice warning to you when you're poisoning yourself. If

you insist on eating certain avoids, your body will adjust and the initial sick

feelings will be less and less noticeable over time, however, the poisoning is

still going on and it may manifest itself as an ongoing rash, reflux, or IBS

etc. later on from overloading your system. I am now in a healthy place

physically where when I try a new food, I can feel the energizing, filling, or

sickening feeling very quickly. I've also found, through experimentation, that

I

have a threshold of tolerance. I can get away with eating a little bread or a

slice of cake or a ladle of flour gravy etc., as long as, it's not too loaded

with gluten, without the body slamming affects. But if I overdo, I become

the earping, sponge-brained bloatboy for the next 24 to 48 hours. This helps me

gauge what I eat during the holidays.

You'll end up more intolerant to avoid foods and glutens in avoid foods.

Yes, the cleanse will make it easier for you to eat foods that are allowed on

the

diet (beneficials and neutrals) unless your individual fine tuning indicates

that a particular neutral or beneficial food is just not for you.

Another point is that the rating status may change in some foods as time goes

by and more knowledge is discovered. For example pinto beans went from

beneficial to avoid to neutral for non-secretors over a 5 year period. EZ bread

went from beneficial to neutral.

Use a cleanse and/or go through the natural detoxing of the diet and once

you're feeling great again test foods one at a time to fine tune yourself.

Everyone's different. I find that breads, potatoes, cauliflower, milk, and corn

slam me but cream has no effect. So, I can use it for cooking.

On the other hand, I have read that foods that are not avoids for

your type but that you had a sensitivity to or a problem with you may

be able to handle better or completely after cleansing.

I have done 3 liver flushes over the past 6 weeks and am still

getting stones out each time. I did a little test with some gluten

containing BTD neutral grains and it didn't seem to cause me trouble,

at least not like what I might have expected. I am looking forward

to getting my liver completely flushed and cleaned out then I will

thoroughly test if my sensitivity to gluten still exists or not.

Wow. This is interesting. It is really exciting to see some blood-type dieters

doing this. Because we are at the top of the top, dietarily speaking, to go

through the process of removing the physical problems, I mean the BIG stuff that

lectinology can't really tackle. It's one thing to go through the initial detox

when the body purges itself of all the unwanted substances it has collected over

the years of ignorance (our own dark age). The cellular wastes and adipose

tissue with its own collection of undesirables that our bodies let go of. But

those troublesome stones are another thing, aren't they? We need more long-time

members who have a relationship to inform the others.

I got much of my stones out unintentionally. Because of food-combining issues I

was eating a bunch of granny smith apples in smoothies, then eating way too much

ground nut butters on Kavli thin crisps or Rye crisps. The huge load of fat

after the sub-acid apples (malic acid and overall cleansing effect) caused me to

lose a lot of weird looking shit in the toilet. Then later I found out it was

gall stones and chaff. Heh.

But the first liver flush I did with the Epsom salts did flush out more stones.

A lot of chaff and several fairly large stones. A little smaller than a dime,

green, yucky. I rooted around with a rubber gloved hand in the toilet for

goodies. What fun this health adventure has been!

Let me see if I'm getting this little cleansing debate right: one argument is

that the cleaner we get the more violently our bodies will react to avoids

(purity=severity) if we pass a certain threshold, the other side is the more

clean we get the stronger we get so that we can get away with more when we do

cheat? I wonder what Madd Viking's body would do if he went off all dairy cream

and only had clarified butter for dairy for several months? Would his body freak

out?

I know my body reacts, somewhat excessively, if I eat traditional rye bread

(only rye) or even Ezekial bread. Bad times after purity and strength from the

meat-based diet. I don't think my body even has the strength to rebel with any

noticeable force if I'm in the " vegetarian psuedo-Axel " body.

So, guys, how does it feel? Any more energy? Notice increased clarity of

thinking? Perceptions? Mood? Are you a super-detoxer? Can you breathe in car

exhaust and still get an erection in the same day? Heightened resistance to

radiation? Gamma radiation?

I went three years with no dairy before I tried cream. I go tired of finding

cream substitutes like soy milk that did make me sick. I use it very seldom

but it just has no effect physical on me.

On the bread question, I've also noticed a reaction to EZ bread and wonder if

their quality control could be slacking or whether I'm just getting more

intolerant. Two slices make me sluggish and sleepy.

To answer your cleanse question:

I did the epsom salts liver cleanse thing because it was recommended for

people in their 50s who had never had one but I really didn't notice a

difference

in my health. Didn't feel worse; didn't feel better. I was lead to believe

that there would be thousands of stones but I had only a few small stones (less

than 100, probably less than 50) about the size of a beebe (sp). My low

cholestral (122) may be why I have so few stones.

I'm with on this one, especially the gall bladder. With a

family history of gall bladder problems, and a gall bladder full of

stones - I can feel them whenever I abuse my liver with a glass of

wine or a box of valentine chocolates- I think I should probably

boost the process with a cleanse. It took 37 years for it to get

this full. Even with a proper diet now, it will take a looong time

to break the suckers down and get rid of them. I've got everything I

need but the ornithine and fresh grapefruit. Having trouble finding

ornithine.

But , what scared you about it??? I've asked a few people

about their experiences and they have all said they were glad they

did it. No one has been very specific about their feelings while

they were doing it, though.

Except the BTD isn't just about prevention. Eating correctly

let's your body fix itself, NATURALLY, and at a rate that is
