Guest guest
Hey Lora, I would try an intestinal mucoid plaque cleanse. My health improved in leaps and bounds in terms of energy, mental clarity and digestive strength. Quite often the intestinal component of gb and Liver health gets overlooked. But the truth of the matter is that if your feeding dirty and partially undigested food to your Liver then this can delay or even halt progress with healing/detoxing the entire biliary tree. I tried the cleanse got out really disgusting stuff from my intestines even more disgusting and smelly than what I got out of my gb and Liver. You should follow the diet plan while on this cleanse. www.ariseandshine.com A word of caution though they sell the psyllium husks, during the cleanse I noticed I got allergic to them (most people with Gluten allergy can't tolerate Psyllium) so I had to switch to ground organic flax seeds which seem to work ok as well. I think they sell the flax as well? Not sure > > Hi everyone! I need ideas for modifying my gallbladder/liver cleanse approach. > > I had great success with Hulda 's flush a couple of years ago. Passed more stones than I can count, largest being grape size. I did the cleanse every two weeks until I stopped passing stones. The improvement in my health was dramatic. I even got off thyroid meds. > > Since that time, I have done flushes every six months, but I no longer pass stones. Problem is, lately I am getting gallbladder attack symptoms after meals. I have had one attack in the past that landed me in the ER. > > Hulda 's cleanse was very effective for me. Problem is my stomach now hurts from the acid (grapefruit juice) and I have had to take Tums to try to keep from vomiting around 1 a.m. Sometimes I vomit anyway. I did her cleanse for probably a year before I developed this problem. Tried the egg yolk and lime cleanse, and my husband passed stones but I did not. > > Is there another cleanse I should try? > Lora >

Guest guest
Thanks, Brad - The whole bowel and liver connection is very interesting. I need to read more about that. I have done several colon cleanses and had the same disgusting experience you had with mucoid plaque and also a huge increase in energy, glowing skin, and all that. I liked Dr. Natura's Colonix the best. The psyllium husk allergy you had must have been miserable. Has anyone had success with magnesium? I think on Earth Clinic's website was the first place I read about magnesium helping with gallstones. Lots of people don't get enough magnesium. And if you're taking a calcium supplement, you could be creating a deficiency in magnesium. That was my issue - heart palpitations, muscle aches, menstrual cramps, and cystic ovaries were just some of my issues caused by taking a calcium supplement and depleting magnesium. Panic attacks and anxiety, by the way, can be caused by a magnesium deficiency. A friend of mine has been helped greatly. But anyway! In my quest I read that maybe my gallstone issue was brought on by low magnesium. Anyone read about that? I was hoping the magnesium would dissolve existing gallstones. Probably dreaming on that one? ;-) Lora > > > > Hi everyone! I need ideas for modifying my gallbladder/liver cleanse approach. > > > > I had great success with Hulda 's flush a couple of years ago. Guest guest
Certain herbs can lift mucoid plaque off the intestinal walls and break it down a bit they sell an all in one capsule with about 15 herbs it. Then you take what they call a 'shake' which is bentonite clay and psyllium husks (I used ground flax seeds, psyllium is better if you can tolerate it) to act as a detoxifier and bulkifying agent. And you litterally have some of the biggest bowel movements of your Life on this cleanse. I had no idea a person my age (now I'm 34) could hold onto so much 'crap'. Diet is fairly important too and they talk about that. There is instructions on their website and you could call them to ask questions if you want. It really helped me in all aspects of my health, I'm due for another cleanse actually as I haven't completed one in years. > > > How does one do an intestinal mucoid plaque cleanse? > > Steph >
Guest guest
Brad The cleanse you talk about sounds interesting. What is the cleans called and where do you get it from? Also, this is a bowel cleanse right? Steve
Guest guest
Have any of you heard of Holy Tea or Velositea? I'm sure that this clay recipe is a more intense cleansing. However for those that would prefer a milder cleanse on a daily basis or even as a maintenance after a clay cleanse...it's a great way to go. I was getting black chunks for the first 6-9 months. Guest guest
Hey Steve, Yup its a bowel cleanse. Sorry I thought I posted the link it's the Arise and Shine products. www.ariseandshine.com I just call them up to order, its faster than ordering online for me. Another one that was mentioned by someone else on this forum was the Dr natura cleanse: http://www.drnatura.com/colonix_program.php#offer She said she got some good results with it and I think it's cheaper than the arise and shine stuff however I don't know if it's as good... The one criticism I have with these cleanses is that they don't have very good post cleanse intestinal healing advice. After this cleanse I'm going on aloe vera, 6g of Glutamine, Probiotic with Inulin and I may consider the Japanese Knotweed I mentioned a while back. Also guys I know this is off topic but I'm trying the Monster Maca from a guy in BC. I have a friend who went on Maca and she says she has way more energy and mental concentration. She said it MUST be Gelatenized Maca because it's about 2x more powerful than the regular Maca. However this " Monster Maca " stuff is apparently 3x more potent and concentrated than the Gelatenized Maca. http://therootofthematter.net/cgi-bin/itsmy/go.exe?page=15 & domain=12 & webdir=ther\ ootofthematter Native people indigenous to where Maca is found live extremely long healthy lives and women give birth into their 80's to healthy children! They attribute alot of their health to Maca though they are also not exposed to the sesspool of toxins that we are... Here is a link I found during my search for testimonials on Maca: http://www.macaroot.com/benefits/testimonials.html I'm also trying Shilajit which is decayed plant matter (mmm tasty lol) from the Himilayan Mountains. Sherpas use this stuff and their athletic performance increases dramatically due to the improved oxygen utilization, anti inflammatory effects. On ebay they sell big bricks of this stuff though I haven't tried that type yet, I've tried one from India (it's not that good I think). Sorry for blabbing guys, I really like trying new things and sharing the info. Btw both of the above super herbs are Liver and gb supportive as well as anti aging (apparently). > > Brad > > > > The cleanse you talk about sounds interesting. Guest guest
Janie I'm interested in learning a bit more simply because you mentioned black chunks. I got lots of black stuff out during the arise and shine colon cleanse. So you got some of this gunk out just by using Holy Tea? That's amazing! Is Holy Tea the same thing as velositea? > > > > > > > > > How does one do an intestinal mucoid plaque cleanse? > > > > > > Steph > > > > > >
Guest guest
Be real careful of your sourcing of Shilajit; adulteration is rampant. Very expensive so cutting it for profit is very enticing. Shilajit is a bituminous ooze that oozes out of some rock formations. And it is originally from organic matter. kind of like petroleum but no where near as old. Very high in Fulvic acid, much of it's health benefit comes from this as well as the mineral content leached from the rocks by the fulvic acid. Great stuff but again be real careful of source to dollar ratio. -D Re: Need a Different Liver Cleanse Hey Steve, Yup its a bowel cleanse. Guest guest
Steve, this product does both. Janie > > Janie > > > > Is this a bowel cleanse or a liver cleanse you are talking about? > > > > Steve > > > >
Guest guest
Thanks for the advice Mr. Dave. I'm pretty careful when it comes to the supplements I take. I'm going to try the Canadian Shilajit soon, I feel safer buying from him as opposed to some obscure foreign company that I've never heard of. A friend mentioned that he was " significantly " better from his Lyme disease since using Shilajit, that's initially what sparked my interest. It's quite rare that a Lymie will notice a dramatic improvement in their health from 1 supplement. > > > > Brad > > > > > > > > The cleanse you talk about sounds interesting.
