Guest guest
I can only assimilate calcium if I do AF Beta Food and ACV (apple cider vinegar). Just too alkaline . I'm hoping the green smoothies I'm doing will help normalize me. herbladie   Brad, I have coral calcium and I would eat it like candy, but even one capsule constipates me to the point where my intestines don't even want to digest food. A real problem which I have tried to solve by using more magnesium and a truck load of ground flaxseed etc, but nothing seems to conteract the consequences of calcium. For years I have been trying to get my mom to quit using dairy and gluten but she flatly refuses. It is difficult to reason with her because she now has moderate alzhiemers and is pretty set in her ways at 86. I have to verbally beat her to get her to take her nutritional drink that I dutifully make for her or just get in the sun etc.... Guest guest
Question - how do you know you only assimilate / absorb calcium of you do AF and ACV? You do testing in a lab? Just curious. Guest guest
I'm kinda guessing b/c if I stop doing them my poop is in tiny pieces rather than in a nice big 'S' shape. I feel better, too,  and feel with a more acidic gut I am getting more out of my food. Have always leaned towards an alkaline gut than acidic.  I take S. Process Zypan as well. No pain as of yet in the g.b. area, but am doing flushes b/c I inherited a bad liver from my Mom,  and my liver enzymes are a little high, as well as LDL and cholesterol, altho my HDL is 70 and triglycerides 80. I really do believe that, in time, the cleansing will work. My diet is great...mostly organic veggies and fruits and very little grain and animal protein. Some kefir I make myself from the Caucas Mnts. If anyone needs any milk kefir or water kefir grains please let me know off-forum. herbladie   Question - how do you know you only assimilate / absorb calcium of you do AF and ACV? Guest guest
Hey guys, thanks for your replies on Coral Calcium. Constipation could mean that you are getting too much calcium and not enough mag. The same thing happened to me. Though the constipating effects could also be because the coral is alkalizing your body too quickly and this is causing a rapid dump of toxins into your intestines. This can cause intestinal inflammation due to the fact that these toxins are so caustic (acidic) and usually trigger an immunological response (cytokine cascade) which makes inflammation even worse. I found these symptoms to cause constipation as well. Have you guys read the websites of these different coral calcium companies some are claiming that coral calcium in the ocean has many impurities and therefore the above ocean coral calcium does not have these same problems. I don't know if I buy into that or not it may just be a one uppmanship between these competing companies. What do you guys think? Brad > From: Marilyn J. Guest guest
Just my observation on the constipation issue - drink water, exercise, etc... while doing this product.
